I just want to say how much I love this store. I called this morning to see if they had any Frozen Fever LE Elsa dolls left at all. They had ONE. I ran to the store and she was still there! The ladies were so so sweet! Super nice on the phone and in person. Wonderful experience and I’m so happy to add this doll to my collection. My sincerest love and appreciation for this store signed a adult Disney addict!

I have loved this store for years and feel so lucky to have a local Disney Store now that most are closed…
My ONE issue is one of the employees. As a Disney fanatic, I am aware of collections/​up-​coming merchandise before they come out. Each time I have asked this particular employee about a collection, she has given me wrong information. It’s really frustrating because while giving the wrong information, she also plucks quite an attitude…
I love going in there when she’s not there and asking other employees, as the rest of them are friendly and know what they’re talking about. They even know me by name.

I frequent this store so often that the salespeople know me and my children. I am a huge disney freak and this store is the BEST disney store I have visited even the ones in the parks. The salespeople are friendly and they go out of their way to sure you have everything you came to get. They answer all your questions that you have, The in store events are fun. I love coming to this location!
