I bought a groupon for a keratin treatment and made the appointment last week. I got there at 11:45 for a 12:00 pm appt. The shop was closed despite saying it opens at 10am. I waited until noon and called and left a message. The person returned my phone call about 10 minutes later and first said she was sorry but she did not write my apt down. She apologized and said she was on her way and would be there in 10 to 15 minutes. I told her I could not wait as I had an apt after and then all of the sudden she knew who I was, which tells me the apt was probably written down but was forgotten. I have asked for a refund on my groupon and will not return.

Great service Carmen and Fabiola are great with customers, I was very happy with the color, haircut and style, keratin treatment made my hair look healthy.

I bought a groupon for Keratin Treatment and everything seemed legit.
I call the number and NO ANSWER. I must of called 12 times in a span of 3 weeks and it always went to an answering machine. I left a few messages with my info and never got a call back. So i justed show up, they claim to be open Mon-​Sun 10am-​10pm, I showed up on a saturday, sunday, monday, and wednesday during their «working hours» AND EVERY TIME IT WAS CLOSED… They even have this obnoxious industrial moving LED sign that scrolls «10AM 0 10PM MON — SUN» that started to feel like the place was mocking me as i stood out there day after day staring into a dark empty salon. After a few months, i was like screw this place. I was actually convinced that they were permanently closed forever. I think i made a valiant effort just to get my hair treatment. Eventually i had to call groupon and ask for a refund because this salon sucks balls.
Thanks for nothing! Enjoy the 1 star I’m required to give you.

The ladies are super friendly and nice. But buyer BEWARE. They advertise a Groupon for keratin treatment (see below) but IT WILL NOT STRAIGHTEN YOUR HAIR. They don’t do a good job explaining this, so I was disappointed when my hair was not at all straight after the treatment. When I called back, they said it was never meant to straighten hair.

If there could be 0 stars I would ! Made appt for 12 pm, came with an infant and my mom, the door said closed. Called the salon, guy answered said the hairdresser will be back in 15 minutes. I waited at the door until 12:30, no one showed up! Absolutely the worst service I have ever experienced at a hair salon.

This is for July but my draft didn’t post… Ok so my appointment is at 2:30 I arrived at 2:21 and a sign is in the window saying they will be back in 10 min… are you kidding me you would think they would be open 10 min before a customer arrives for a set appointment. Ugh! The stylist showed up 35 min late. I had already paid for the appointment via groupon so I wasn’t gonna waste it. She answered her cell phone and was gossiping with whoever called. I was told the keratin treatment was suppose to last 2 months… it lasted less then 2 weeks! I’m never going back! Save your time go somewhere else

5 stars for Lupe Vargas the hair stylist! I have really thick, curly, and unruly hair and Lupe is the only hair stylist that has been able to tame my hair! I go to her color, highlights, deep conditioning treatments, haircuts, trims, and the occasional blowout or event style. She literally does it all. She makes my hair absolutely gorgeous and her prices are fair. I definitely recommend her. My friend and I will not let anyone else touch our manes. She is simply the best!

I am giving it a star because they were nice, but that’s about it, I was a regular at this salon while Carmen worked there, she was fantastic! Gave it a second try with Raul, he did a decent job, there I went again today… I got butchered, I asked to keep the length, totally ignored, I am so disappointed, Raul isn’t there anymore so I thought to give this Mexican lady a chance, but they just lost another client and my references as well, the layers are not bad but nothing like I asked for, I let my hair grow since December, to be able to have a decent length, all gone now, have a photo shoot on Monday, will have to get hair extensions.

This is an amazing Spanish salon with fantastic talent! I commute an hour to get there just because I wouldn’t want to get a haircut anywhere else!

Here is an authentic Spanish salon with all the spectacular talent that comes from Spanish quality. Carmen made the visit worth every cent. Too bad she no longer works there, and now they are left with rude management.

Excellent hair salon! Professionals who know what their doing. Products from Europe that do not damage your hair. The stylist is awesome have not found one who understood what I wanted and did a perfect job with color and highlights. Did a wonderful job on styling my daughters hair turned out beautiful just out of a magazine.
Friendly and affordable. Great products and the hairdresser is the Best!
Good find in Saratoga. Open every day of the week. Nice ambience and private.
