Do NOT come here with your valuable items or precious heirlooms, my experience tells me they will be stolen.
I WAS going here for years. Mostly men’s dress shirts and a few of my work clothes. The guy working behind the counter is not the most friendly. Rather impersonal and never smiled. Close location. So convenient. Always thought there service was below average. Most of the time was just «OK» nothing to rave about.
Until they STOLE my mothers 1920s Irish linen double damask tablecloth. I picked up and they had only the 8 linen napkins. They had no tablecloth! I said you forgot the tablecloth. The same guy behind the counter who I dropped off items acted like the gorgeous tablecloth never was turned in. I was shocked.
I insisted he has it and he said firmly said «No»
He didn’t even want to look until I insisted. During this time another customer came in and he instead started helping them instead!
I insisted he looked through his items in which he reluctantly did and he came up with nothing. He said with an attitude I never dropped it off. A liar. I I told him I would never come back. I am sure he thought I would just disappear while he or someone in his family enjoyed my Mothers family heirloom.
Simply put my experience tells me Quito Dry Cleaners are thieves.

I can’t agree with the positive reviews – not at all. My wife is very ill, and I bring her up from Southern California to the Bay Area for her medical treatments. On one of her better days I took her out shopping. She got an expensive sweater on sale at Nordstroms; it fit perfectly and really cheered her up. She wore it once – just once – and then asked me to take it to this cleaners to fix a loose thread-​being in Saratoga we figured he’d be careful with this costly garment. Well, when we got it back the thread was fixed, but the sweater was stretched so badly it no longer fit my wife! She was very disappointed, so I took it back. The man there said at first he’d try to fix it, and if he couldn’t he’d ‘make it right’. But he not only didn’t fix it, when I came back he claimed there’d not been anything wrong with the sweater when I first picked it up – essentially calling my wife a liar, when all she did was look at it on his hanger to see that it was ruined. Had we the time and resources I’d have taken him to small claims, but we’re from out of town and had to leave.
We won’t be back in town for several months, but needless to say, when we do return we’ll never, ever go back to this guy.

Ooooh there is a god and his dry cleaner works here!
I moved with my two cats to a new house. Boxes with clothes everywhere and my cats weren’t too impressed so they eh… well…made sure some of my clothes never would smell the same. One of these clothes was my very polyester dry clean only court house wedding dress. And though the dress wasn’t super expensive it was my wedding dress. I was gutted.
So I took my stinky dress to here. They didn’t make any promises and told me that there was a chance that it would still stink after cleaning but that they would clean it several times for me and that I could pick it up a few days later. Ok… I was so scared I would forever have a stinky dress I only picked it up 3 weeks later. And it was pee free!!! Yesss!!!
One polyester wedding dress, one silk dress and one jacket (all peed on) $ 40. I would have payed way more but there you have it.

6 years as a client and excellent service. Always on-​time, clean, friendly and they know you by name. There is also a new girl that works there and she is just as sweet as the rest of them. Thanks!

I’ve been going here for 15 years and never had a problem.

It was my 1^st time visiting this outfit. I had a pair silk pants cream color that I wanted dry cleaned. When I dropped it off I showed the young man behind the counter that If they do pre-​spot and take out the light stains out form the bottom of pants that comes in contact with ground, he said YES.
When I went to pick up the pants before I paid him, I had him wait for me to take a look at their work and spots that was there when I took it in. They all were there and I asked him what happened? Why the spots are still there, he said i told you we do our best (not true) and I said that was not the case.
He lost his temper and in a haste picked up the pants and handed to me with an attitude and he said you don’t need to pay.
All they had done was just wash and press it. I also asked him your price list on the wall is saying pants are $ 5.95 and why you are charging me $ 6.95 and his answer was, silk pants are more!
I have had problems with dry cleaners in the past to what they claim to deliver, fails. And this cleaner was NO exception! This was my last trip there!!!

If you want your clothes cleaned the correct way. This is the place to go. I have been coming here for about a year and they do great work. It’s fast, very clean & very friendly. They remember who you are when you are walking up, by the time you get to the door it’s ready for you. I drive 8 miles just to come here. Some places are a little less money but you get what you pay for in life. Want it done right, come here. They usually get clothes back to me in 1 – 3 days.

You know how a lot of places will give your shirt a perfunctory ironing and the little flaps of fabric detailing by the buttons will get ironed crookedly? I HATE that! I mean, what’s the point in having the shirt drycleaned and ironed if it’s not done right?! Well, I’ve never gotten a shirt back from this place with any problems. They even told me that if buttons get broken or lost in the drycleaning/​ironing process, they will replace them for free!
