Ernie’s Pool & Spa Supply

I found Ernie’s to be responsive, reliable, and reasonably priced.
I needed a new pump for my pool and called Ernie’s on Memorial Day. They weren’t open, so I left a message. I received a call back the next morning (Tuesday), and the service rep came to my house on Wednesday. He gave me a good quote and included a PG&E rebate in the total. I accepted the bid on Thursday, and the pump was installed on Friday. On Friday afternoon, Ernie’s called and made sure everything was OK and took my credit card number. I received the receipt and rebate paperwork in Saturday’s mail.
All this took place without my ever needing to be at home. Unlike another pool supply company I contacted, Ernie’s rep didn’t try to sell me equipment I don’t need.
