Upstate Elite Cleaning

Left a message for Elite Cleaning and never received a return phone call. I called to inquire about an offer on Amazon to see if it was available in my area. Within hours of my call the offer was removed which is interesting as they indicated there were several available. When I called again and spoke with Mindy or Mandy she was less than helpful and quite rude. I can only imagine what kind of cleaning service they provide if this is the best they can do in customer service. I hope the rest of their customers fare better than I.

Purchased a groupon for upstate elite yesterday hoping for a next day appointment. (Yeah right). Not only were they able to accommodate my next day needs but my house Looks amazing. They did such a fabulous job plus they carried the laundry downstairs to the basement for me and helped me sort all the clothes in my sons room. The girls were polite, courteous, and professional. They worked around me cooking in the kitchen and then helped to clean up the mess I had made! They hand wiped down all the mats in the playroom, dusted floorboards and tops. Our bathrooms look amazing and the floors are sparkling! So happy with them I booked the next appointment during the first and am reviewing them just seconds after they left.
