Supercuts

I brought my mom to this Supercuts, because she had been dissatisfied with the cuts she was getting at C&C in the Wilton Mall. She did like her haircut, and the woman who gave it to her at this Supercuts, and she will probably return and ask for her again. But as I sat in the waiting area and looked around, I saw a lot of things beyond the job this stylist did which failed to impress me.
The first thing I noticed was large tufts of hair on the rug in the customer waiting area. How the heck do clumps of hair move all the way to that part of the salon? Does someone have a blow dryer set to «stun,» or maybe an electric broom out of control?
They would benefit from having an additional stylist on in the mornings. I understand you can’t predict the frequency of walk-​ins, but I would also hope you wouldn’t have a 30 minute wait at 10am on a weekday morning.
When the other stylist on duty eventually finished her cut, she then spent the rest of her time chatting with my mom’s stylist. Not only was that a distraction to her, it was time away from doing things like removing tufts of hair from the rug in the customer area.
Finally, they have ZERO signs up listing types of cuts and rates. The Supercuts I visit locally has these signs up both on the door and inside near the register. So no rate info, no specials info, no hours of business.
These things are very easy to fix. I hope they are, the salon has good stylists.

After trying many of the local places, they either did a bad job or were too expensive. Then I found Supercuts of Wilton. I highly recommend asking for Deha, she is funny, smart, and does a great job! Most places make my hair look like a q-​tip, she makes it look cool. She also trims my goatee for me. I usually wait for her so I can say every other haircut I have seen her do looks phenomenal! She showed me some quality hair products that are amazing. She is the one who got me into teatree shampoo and using hair paste instead of gel. If you are going to take my recommendation and ask for Deha, tip her well she is worth it!

Kayla at Supercuts is my go to girl. I have been to many more expensive salons for highlighting, but always come back to Kayla because she does the best job. She takes time to listen to my concerns, and answers my questions. Each time she has suggested a hair care product, it has been just the right one for any issue I have. She’s efficient personable and very knowledgeable in her field. I will keep going back to Supercuts in Wilton.

This is the place to go for good affordable hair cuts. We have been here many times. I have tried many places and they always seem to mess up my crazy wavy hair. I always leave this salon happy.

Brought my son here to get his haircut. We were told that it would be an hour as they were backed up. I came back and then after 5 minutes Kayla came and got my son to cut his hair. She was very helpful and did a great job on my sons hair. Would definitely recommend asking for Kayla when you go to this salon.
