Waiting and waiting and waiting and waiting. TERRIBLE«system». Rep named Beth was rude and acted like your presence is an inconvenience to her. She seemed annoyed by questions and customers in general. She needs to NOT be working in customer service. Been here since 12:15 and I am still sitting here at 1:30 waiting and waiting and waiting… Gave 2 stars because Dr. Ritz was so nice and efficient. GOELSEWHERE!

I think its time I look for a new eye doctor. I also think you should put your hours on your receipt envelopes! I drove here Sunday from out of town, only to find you closed… now, I come at 10 a. m on Monday and your closed till 10:30 but the liquor store is open!!! Life is busy enough… especially on a Monday but now I’m late for work for my second day while trying to get my glasses so I can see… maybe these things would be prevented if you would post your hours on your envelopes!!! THEN, when the doors open… my glasses are in.,.I express that I’m late for work and you tell me you don’t know what happened but my sons glasses were not ready and ask me to wait 20MORE minutes!!! Completely dissatisfied

Quick and courteous service with great staff. Dr. Stephen Chambers is very knowledgeable and passionate about optometry. I’ve gotten two pairs of glasses from this location and am pleased.

Awful. Unfriendly service and they charge a $ 75 ‘contact fitting fee.’ If you don’t pay the fee, they won’t release your script. Feels almost illegal, and definitely like extortion. Never had to pay such a fee at other eye exams, and I’ve been getting contacts for 20+ years. Only reason I came ere was they accepted my insurance. I’ll never go back.

This place is terrible. You schedule an appointment and than wait and wait! Than a regular exam which would take 30 minutes at most places takes 2 hours! They make you see 4 people for your eye exam, and plus they always overbook… just totally inefficient. Some people here are nice but some really have no customer service skills. Messed up my husbands glasses, when we took them back to get them fixed, they ended up losing the original frames! Never again!
