I bought some really unique jewelry there a few years ago in there boutique and I still have it and love it !!! However when I called recently to see if they still run specials they used to run a ladies night on Thursdays the girl was kinda rude on the phone saying well they must of ran that really long time ago it was only a few years ago she acted like I was talking 50 years ago I thought she was snobby and rude complete turned me off from the place

I came here with some of my bridesmaids on the last day of my bachelorette party. Kathleen was amazing during the planning process, she helped us set up the schedule that worked best for our group and was very accomodating. The spa itself is beautiful. Fruit infused waters, great staff. I got the hot stone massage, coconut body scrub and la cascada facial. Everything was amazing. The facial was one of the best I have ever had. I left feeling so relaxed which was much needed. I definitely reccomend this place !

Last spring my mother, four sisters and I had an amazing day at Spa Cascada! We were warmly greeted upon arrival. They allowed us to bring in fruit salad and mimosas. Each of us had four services — manicures, pedicures, facials and massages. The atmosphere was relaxing and the staff was amazing! We had the best day and are looking forward to making it an annual event. I highly recommend this spa!

I absolutely love this salon for massages and eyebrow waxes. Victoria does an amazing job on the waxes with almost zero pain. I am astonished every time!

I am not one to play fast and loose with 5 start reviews, but for what this spa holds itself out to be, it was really wonderful. No, there are no robes or dressing rooms but it is a wonderful place for reasonably priced spa services. I enjoyed a massage and a manicure there and both were excellent (even to someone picky like me). First off, the staff was warm and welcoming and the ambience was very conducive to relaxation. My masseuse expertly handles my tense muscles while making sure to check in with me about the pressure. The manicurist used high end products and didn’t cut my cuticles without me even telling her, a sure sign of a high end service. Overall, I wish I lived closer so I could patronize this spa more often, as is, I’ll have to wait until my next mini-​getaway.

One of the worst manicure/​pedicures I have ever received and way over priced for the quality I received. I have received far better manicures/​pedicures for less expensive. The color selection is lacking with not many colors to chose from. They had many different reds and a few other colors. I also asked to have a gel manicure instead of the regular manicure that came in my package figuring I would pay the difference. Not all woman have the ability to provide a gel manicure and my manicurist apparently wasn’t able to do this treatment. The nail places I have been to all manicurists are able to perform a gel manicure with no issue! The woman who did my manicure did a horrible job. For starters, she was trimming my cuticles and it was quite painful on some fingers. I told her it was hurting and she responded by saying «oh do you not want me to trim your cuticles? Umm yes I do just don’t hurt me! I have never had a manicure where it hurt to trim my cuticles. The polish job was so sloppy. I was inspecting them when she left and told me to wait to let them dry. Most of the corners of my nails were missed and I had nail polish still on the skin around my nail. I asked her to fix them which she did yet pushed me back for my massage. Even after her fixing them they were horrendous. My massage was lovely yet beware there are no showers for guests to use to wash off all of the oil. This is not made known on the website and should be so guests can plan accordingly. Having to get dressed and continue with your plans for the day with oil everywhere is not pleasant!!! The woman who did the massage did wipe the oil off in between with warm wet towels but that only helps so much. When paying for my treatments, I expressed my disappoint with my services and showed the woman my nails. She would only offer 10% off my next treatment which I was on vacation and would not be returning. I thought more would have been done to address my displeasure for the services. I have been to many other places that address customers comments and want to make their customer satisfaction a priority. After the woman checking me out saw my nails and that was after me having the manicurist go back a second time, I was shocked she still had me pay full price for that quality of work. Frankly, i could have done a better job myself than what I received.

Great spa! I’ve had manicures, pedicures and facials here and they were all fantastic! They also do massages and other services. I highly recommend this spa!
