Saratoga Cleaners does a fantastic job. We love the entire operation and they always make you feel part of the family. Great job everyone!

Normally I will expound for hours on end about a place I like, as seen in some of my other reviews. I do, however, have much to say about Saratoga Cleaners. As a guy that has to look business professional all the time when dealing with customers, cost can add up quick. If I’m not wearing a suit, I will be wearing a button down shirt if I’m not on the road dealing with clients like I normally do. When I have important business, I will often wear French Cuffs, and this is one of the places where Saratoga Cleaners shines above all others in the area. they actually know that when you press a french cuff shirt, you fold the cuffs DOWN. I have been to many cleaners in the area. Some in Saratoga, some in east Greenbush, some in Troy where I live, and some in Albany where I am often conducting business. NONE of them know what to do with french cuffs, Especially the East Greenbush cleaners, who will remain nameless.
So lets break it down:
Cost: You simply can’t beat Saratoga Cleaners. You get a quality 5-​star job at an unbeatable price.
Quality of Service: If you ask for light starch, you get light starch. If you like cardboard shirts, I’m sure they could accommodate you. If you are like me and don’t like starch at all, just a slick press — Saratoga Cleaners has no peers. This is where it’s at.
Staff: They listen, have great attention to detail, and are always VERY courteous.
Wait Time: What’s that? Even during a rush they get you in and out the door quickly. Try getting that from one of the other garden variety dry cleaners in the area.
They also do alterations here. I had a suit altered for a wedding I was going to; one of my suits that I bought when I was a tad more husky. Couldn’t have found a better fit. The woman working on the alterations measured me, got an idea for how I wanted the suit to fit, took the suit, and had it ready on time a few days before the wedding.
So in conclusion — I drive from Troy to Saratoga to go here to get my stuff cleaned, pressed, whatever, despite having literally 100 other choices, of which 2 are walking distance to my house. Dry cleaning is like a haircut. You find a good barber and stick to ‘em. Dry cleaning is no different.

I have to agree with Jackie. I picked up several articles of clothing today which had been in for alterations and was extremely pleased with the results. My suit jacket, also with a vent at the sleeves, was shortened perfectly. Lined pants the same. And I appreciated the work done to hem casual and suit pants for my son without actually cutting the material, leaving room for future growth. As others have said, I find the owners and staff to be very friendly and accommodating. The cleaning I have had performed here has been expertly handled as well.

Living in Manhattan, with no shortage of dry cleaners, I think these guys are by far the best I have used! Heading up to Saratoga for the weekend and I am actually taking my cleaning with me. Crazy but true! They have gotten some of the toughest stains out of my clothes and have done things in a timely fashion when needed. Michael (owner) and his team are incredibly accommodating. In addition to being kind, considerate, honest and extremely professional. I wish they would open in NYC. I would give them more than 5 stars if that were an option!

Saratoga Cleaners is great, the prices are reasonable and every article of clothing I’ve brought in, no matter how dirty, has come back spotless. The people there are all friendly too.

Saratoga Cleaners does a great job on alterations. I recently had the sleeves on a blazer shortened. The sleeves had a vent with three buttons so this was not an easy 1−2−3 fix. What I got back was exactly the same as what I gave them but only shortened to the right length. I was extremely satisfied with the results. It cost a little more than I expected but they did a superb job!

I get shirts on hangers with full starch. They have done a brilliant job. Not one has a crease. The collars are right. Frankly perfect.
We just started using dry cleaning. They seem to do an equally good job.
This is a new business with a new facility. Family owned and operated with lots of experience on Long Island.
Nice people and great work.
Without a doubt, this is the best shirt laundry I have used anywhere in 35 years. And they are about half the price of the competition in Saratoga.
