Did the wine and chocolate pairing. It did not disappoint. The orange chocolate was great! I wish I had another piece. Each wine really brought out the flavors in the wine.

The quaint Caroline St setting may be the only winery in town where you can experience Napa grapes, aged and crafted locally, at astoundingly reasonable prices. Pairing with cheese or chocolates and a knowledgeable engaging staff makes this hidden spot a must stop! Check it out!

Only winery in New York I’ve been to that I actually loved every single wine. Very friendly staff. It was as a lot of fun. I will definitely be returning.

This is an urban winery. Very small but, very accommodating to groups. They were kind enough to make our party of 9 a private party. The cheeses were incredible! Whites are very sweet if you like sweet.

Just poked my head in to look and the girl working had her behind sticking out of her shorts. Unprofessional.

I’ve been to a fair share of wineries & wine tasting rooms throughout California wine country so I was pleasantly surprised by this spot in Saratoga, NY. I really liked that they offered the cheese & chocolate tastings with the wines — it brings out the flavors and shows how you could actually serve at home. Our pourer was friendly & knowledgable about both the wines and cheeses. She spoke about the climate the wines were grown in and how that affected the flavors. Only issue I can see this place having is that it is a very small location so if you have big groups or several small groups it could get crowded very fast.

My wife and I went here with a groupon we purchased online after having dinner out. The place is really well decorated with local photographs on the wall and tables made from old wine barrels. The place is quite small but I think that’s kind of the point. Very intimate. Tables and bar are standing height. With the groupon we each got a tasting of four wines and food pairing. She got the chocolate pairing, I got the cheese pairing, and we shared them both. The wines were excellent. Most wineries around here have cheaper Finger Lakes wine but we learned from the woman who served us that their grapes come from California. They only had four wines but they said they’ll have more starting in March. We tasted their Cab Sauv, Merlot, Chardonnay, and Riesling. I don’t usually like chocolate with wine but these were paired perfectly. The most surprising was a key lime truffle that was paired with their Riesling. It was out of this world. The cheeses were also quite good and local. There was a cooler with already chilled white wines. We weren’t in a place to be immediately consuming a bottle after having drinks at dinner but it’s cool to know we could stop in and grab one in the future. We bought a bottle of Cab and a bottle of Riesling when we left. Definitely one of the best wineries we’ve done a tasting at.
