This location is conveniently located around the block from us and also on the way to both mine and my husbands job. The convenience has made me keep coming here over and over again but the results are always the same. The hot coffee is served so hot you cannot drink it for quite some time but that’s not my main gripe. The iced coffee is water and or milk. Every time. I even started ordering dark roast and it made no difference, the cup comes and it is some shade of white. This is not coffee. One time I had to go inside and order as they were getting a delivery and their drive through was closed, I heard a female employee training a young male one saying they are never ‘out of iced coffee’ because they always have hot coffee and ice… So essentially they are making piping hot coffee and instead of cooling the coffee they throw enough ice in it to cool it down, but at that point its just water which they add milk and sugar to. I had this problem over and over again this summer and stopped going there, I’d rather go without coffee or make it at home when the odds are maybe 1⁄15 days of going to this location I would get actual iced coffee and not iced creamer with a hint of coffee still left. But today I thought why not its been a few months maybe the manager had finally stepped in and taught their employees how to make it but no, the dark roast was crisp white and watered down milk. There is zero exaggeration in my review and it is based off of at least 30 or so experiences. It’s my fault that I continued to waste money here over and over again. My husband has had similar experiences with the coffee coolatta he orders however they do manage to get coffee in that one probably 2/3rds of the time.

Best Run Dunkin in Saratoga County! Kelley, Arielle, Tony, Jay, Harlan, Betty, and Sammy give the best service and the food/beverage items are always delicious and fresh.

Worst Dunkin Donuts experience of my life! First of all the line had four cars and took 10 minutes… It’s only a drive thru so this is unacceptable… And they only buttered one side of the bagel and then squished it together and didn’t even cut it… I will say that the pumpkin latte was delicious though!

Garbage excuse for a DD. This place should not be allowed to bear the name. I typically go to the one on Rt 9. Sometimes I’m rushed on my way to work and stop here, expecting the person working here to be able to pull it together this time. On probably 4 occasions now I have ordered a black coffee, only to be hit in the face a few miles later with a cup full of cream and sugar. There is truly no thought process involved. Is the liquid in this cup black? No? Well that isn’t the color this customer explicitly requested, being firm and clear in his order for BLACK coffee(excessively so, given my previous experiences). Maybe I’m the fool for not checking each time. Or maybe I’m a fool for continuing to give my money to this place. Either way, learn from my mistake. Also, if you want the turkey sausage, expect some strange veggie egg slice on your sandwich instead. If you’re looking for someone with an IQ above 50 to pour a cup of joe, head to the DD on 9, Stewart’s across the way, Uncommon Grounds downtown… anywhere but here. I’ll sleepwalk through my day before I drop $ 3 – 4 on hot milk and sugar accompanied by service without a smile again.

I agree with other reviewers… why do I keep going back? The service is horrible. They 90% of the time get my order wrong. They forget to give me my receipt and they often give back the wrong change.

I don’t know why I keep coming here — maybe because it’s the only one within reasonable driving distance to my house with a drive-thru(essential so I don’t have to load/unload the baby!). Maybe I keep expecting an improvement. Maybe I expect them to repeat my order so they actually get it right. Today I went and got my usual coffee — iced decaf FV. And food this time. The veggie flatbread and hashbrowns. I’ve had it all before elsewhere, and it’s been very good. Like always, I had to repeat my drink order about three times before they gave me an «okay, drive on up»(their response, vice repeating your order or naming a price). At least this time, there weren’t two people in the window shooting the shit with the customers in the car ahead of me for five minutes. Things were looking good. I hand in my card, they hand out my drink(sans straw, but hey, it’s normally in the bag with the food). And I wait… And wait… About 3 minutes later, they hand out my food. No «sorry for the wait», «thanks for waiting». Just a bag through the window and the girl was gone. By now there was a pretty long line behind me, and the girl at the window had disappeared, so I go. About a block down the road I reach into the bag, anticipating the salty crisp deliciousness of a hot hashbrown. At least it was hot. It was so soaked in grease I wanted to gag, and the only crispy parts were burnt-tasting. It tasted more like onion than potato somehow. Not an auspicious beginning. Five minutes later, I’m home and sitting down to what I’m hoping will at least be a good flatbread. No such luck. The bread was dry and hard and had an odd rubbery texture to it. The egg was hard and chewy. Such an unsatisfying experience. I resorted to some salsa and sour cream to make it palatable. And there wasn’t a straw in the bag — no biggie once I got home, but my coffee taunted me the whole way. The next time I want to eat some dried up piece of crap, I’ll look no further than the litter box.
