We have used this UPS store to box and ship several very fragile items, and we have been extremely pleased with the excellent results. We have found the staff to be friendly and accommodating of special requests (shout-​out to Kay). Okay, Larry is not charm personified, but the man is a packing GENIUS, and we rely on his expertise. We have also had good results with the UPS Store on Tamiami near downtown, but we happily come back to this store for our shipping needs.

I had a great experience at this UPS store. I returned my Comcast cable box and they took care of everything with speed and accuracy. The employees were very nice and greeted every customer and said, «Hi, we’ll be right with you.»
