Pak Mail Centers

Dirty, cluttered and smells like animals in there. Oh yea they aren’t very pleasant and I feel I’ve been ripped off on shipping — but it wasn’t worth arguing — just look over how they enter the package info.
For example
Box #2 11lbs entered at 25lbs and weight manually adjusted back to 11lbs
Box #2 4lbs entered as 14lbs and and manually adjusted to 4lbs
Oh yea — and they get upset when you want to take a pic of the shipping label on the box — Very shady — charged me more than $ 67 over the fedex rate (you can check online) — and made up a dimensional weight overcharge (also verified)

A friend complained about them on Facebook and it reminded me that I needed to share my experiences. I live 2 miles away from them and it would be convenient if it was not for the following:
PakMail center in the Publix Shopping center, 5824 BeeRidge Rd.
Rude is the only title for these clowns. I went in to drop a FedEx parcel, put it on the counter and was rudely told to «Put it on the floor» I did and was once more ordered to move it.
I figured the idiot had a bad day.
Tried my luck once more, went in to try to get some information about a special shipment I needed to make and was told that they did not have time to answer my questions, in the same rude tone which I was given during my first visit. I was then ignored and passed over for another client who was also admonished for placing a parcel in the wrong place…
These people have the manners of warthogs in heat, they are rude and unpleasant under any circumstances and I hear the same comments from many people who live in the area. WHY ARE THEY STILL IN BUSINESS? When is the Franchiser (PakMail) going to get on their case or better yet, yank their franchise?
My advice: Stay the heck away from these ill mannered and nasty idiots! Go to the UPS store, Postnet or other shipping center there are plenty around that will be glad to help you.
