High Staff turnover has made this an unfortunate experience. Consistent loss of records, labs and charts. Would not be surprised if my records have other patients results. I was a glutton for punishment and went back one more time, but due to multiple people helping me, I had to return 3, yes three times. I finally gave up and asked for a manager who didn’t apologize after going over each visit and the issues. Not sure if the doctors know what’s going on there, but definitely losing a lot of business.

My husband and I have been using this facility for last year. I had some questions today regarding a bill. The girl Bonnie that took my call was very rude and hung up on me. Basically I should of known what I was calling about. Shocking behavior !!

I developed a Sinus Infection and called the clinic in the morning hoping to get an appointment.(I am from out of town, and do not have a doctor in Sarasota.) The very friendly receptionist, informed me that they were booked all day, but if I walked in around noon, I could be seen. I am so pleased with the level of care that I received, from the front office staff, to the nurse(didn’t get her name but she was excellent) to Dr Mason.
