The pizza is your usual, tasty Domino’s pizza, and they have a gluten-free crust available which, though expensive, is awesome. That’s where they get the two stars. This is the second time we’ve ordered from Dominos Store 3826 in the past two weeks and had this issue. We live in an apartment complex, apt. 16##. I always write«Building 16» in the delivery instructions. There are signs around the complex directing drivers to every building. The first time, we ordered a small pizza and Parmesan bread bites around 8 p.m. The driver called around 8:45 saying she can’t find the apartment. Turns out she was in the wrong apartment complex. Ok, no big deal, we told her how to get to ours which is right next to it. 20 minutes later, we get another call that she’s in our complex but can’t find the apartment. She then proceeds to tell us that she can’t see at night, which is why she’s having so much trouble. That’s very dangerous for both the driver and the residents of our complex! My friend went outside to stand in the parking lot and flag her down. He was in the parking lot on the phone with her until 9:15, when she finally found us. Then, she tried to give us someone else’s order and didn’t know what we ordered. Last night, we ordered a small gluten-free pizza for delivery around 6:45 p.m. We got a call from the same woman at 7:20 p.m. saying she can’t find the apartment. I knew it was the same driver, so I asked her which neighborhood she was in. Again, she was in the wrong one. I gave her directions to ours, which is so close it’s within walking distance. At 7:45, there was finally a knock at my door with the pizza. It’s very unsafe to have drivers working the night shift when they cannot see in the dark! It makes for a much slower delivery process and unhappy, hungry customers. Ever heard the term«hangry»? If she were to work during the day, I’m sure there would be fewer issues and more satisfied customers. If you order from this Domino’s, I suggest you pick it up yourself instead of having it delivered.

I love Domino’s. One large one topping pizza for $ 6.41(tax included) can’t be beat! It was ready in 10 minutes. Delish.
