WeWork Transbay is gorgeous! The staff is awesome, they are always helpful and friendly. The personal offices are gorgeous and overlook the city. The events they put on weekly are awesome for meeting new people. I would recommend anyone who is looking for business space in SF to check out WeWork Transbay.

I love WeWork Transbay! My organization recently moved into this gorgeous facility in the heart of the Financial District and it has been a great experience from Day 1! The entire staff is fantastic, very friendly and extremely attentive to the needs of the tenants. They have a great system in place in order to alert staff of issues and a wonderful concierge lounge for face-to-face interaction. The amenities are first class. The kitchens and lounges are loaded with top of the line appliances and comfortable seating areas for meetings and creative sessions. The whole facility is beautiful, the interior design is superb offering a best in class, San Francisco style work environment that enhances an upbeat, creative and happy workplace. I really appreciate the attention to detail that the staff places on every element to running their facility. The kitchens and bathrooms are immaculate, and the daily(free) beer selections available to members are a nice compliment. I also love the large selection of conference rooms available loaded with first class audio-visual systems to make your meetings easy and convenient to facilitate for multiple locations. The WeWork Member Portal is very easy to navigate and you can easily book conference rooms. The views are amazing with the Bay and City Skyline providing a really nice back drop to all the offices. I regularly refer my clients and prospects to WeWork. I highly recommend WeWork to all organizations seeking a great place to work in the City of San Francisco!

WeWork offers furnished shared office space along with office admins, IT, etc. The only way I can describe the WeWork experience is to imagine if your company were suddenly forced to set up shop in an Urban Outfitters. The place has obnoxious trendy music blasting in all the common areas, all the floors are hardwood, and, instead of walls, there are floor-to-ceiling glass windows separating the offices. The staff, in turn, are the same disaffected jerks, only with the cash registers taken away from them: tattooed, pierced and insouciant. They are generally rude and don’t seem to have much experience in dealing with maintenance, IT, or security… at least not in the way you’d expect office managers to. Many offices experienced network outages because of disorganized IT and construction. There was an entire week where no soap or paper towels were available in the restrooms, even with repeated emails to the staff. We spent about the same amount of time with a non-functioning drinking water dispenser. There are some perks, such as a weekly happy hour where you can encounter some of the most negative SF tech stereotypes ever. Overall, this is a good place for someone who wants to rent some trendy/hip looking office-space for a reasonable price. I admit I was impressed by the shiny office the first day or two, but I have to say that this is a tedious, wearisome environment to have to work in.
