Wan Guo Zhi

As a lady in her twenties (ok late twenties,) I shouldn’t have chronic back & neck pain, but I do. I blamed it on my f-​ed up posture. Massage is cool, but too costly. Sauna helped but only helped within that day. The BF saw me trying to kill myself by forcing a neck crack, he urges me to check out Acupuncture.
I randomly picked one from my insurance provider network, and found the Wan Guo Zhi Clinic in El Cerrito. Dr Li Dong Mei helped me that day. With my 1^st grade Mardarin, I pointed out to her where I’m in pain.
I felt slightly better after first treatment. She told me I gotta keep it going or else it won’t work So I went for seconds in her SF office. After 2 treatments, it was very noticeable that I didn’t have the urge to crack my everything. The pain weren’t gone, but is very apparent that it wasn’t as bad as before.
Today after the 3^rd treatment, I felt like my chronic back & neck pain is 60% healed.
I’ll continue to go like she suggested. She said 3 more treatments my pain will be all gone! I can’t wait till that day come.
Dr Li is very caring, she’s like a mother… AwwWww!
Also, they take insurance, just FYI. This office, however, does not take credit card. But their El Cerrito office does.
