W L Hair

I walked in hoping to get a full set (i didnt call for an appointment). First i was not greeted when i walked in, everyone just stared at me. Second no one approached me to ask what i came in for, i sat there for 10 minutes and still no one approached me. Third im gussing the old asian lady does nails, she didnt bother to ask me if i needed help she just walked around doing nothing. Lastly a customer walked in and she greeted her and assist her with decent customer service. I left after that, this business does not deserve to be a business. Therfore i dont recommend wasting your time coming to this awaful salon/​nail place its a waste of time and money.

Very pleasant woman who was happy to do a pedicure for me on a walk-​in. The service was very minimal but she did do a decent job for the price. I would consider it more of a mini pedi cause it was real short and not really anything to enhance it. She did paint my toes well but then she made me move after and of course I smudged them and instead of redoing it, she painted over it. So I left with one toe (the big toe at that) looking really bad. I would not come back only because there are FAR better places out there but for the price and at the time, it worked for me.

Regarding the manicurist, she’s the best!

Mean old chinese bitch walking around throwing mean glares my way cuz I was late was extremely rude and distasteful. I am assuming she was the boss since she was pretty much standing around bitching doing nothing. The nail job I received was horrid. The only nail tech was actually very sweet and attentive. I just wish she knew a thing or two about doing nails, I guess the positive reviews are mostly about hair, not nails. Elaine was lovely but didn’t know what she was doing for shit. I got like 6 coats on lol seriously wth?! and my nails of course still dented after 3 times in the white drying machine. She was rough and got an excessive amount of glue everywhere. The straight edge of my thumb looked more like a wave. I contemplated walking out in the midst and taking my ass over to happy nails. I regret sitting past the intial ten mins. Will never ever, ever be going back. I would give it minus three stars if I could. Fuck it you know what I can. My review of this joint goes as follows.

one stop shop! two different rooms to cut your hair in, one facial room, and if you need your nails done its in the front. very nice people. i get my nails done there pretty often and love it :] i get my hair cut there too and loved it :] planning to try the facials there soon so i could just go there for one stop and get everything done :] its nice that if youre waiting on your perm you could get your nails done at the same time! sweeeeeeeetness!

I went here this weekend to get my eyebrows waxed. They had been a little rude the last time I went to my usual place (which is right next door) so i went here. At first, i was not impressed because i had to wait a long time it felt like. But as soon as I got into the room, the woman was so so nice. You don’t need your eyebrows waxed! she told me. Yes i do look at them! She told me that whoever had done them before had done a bad job and hadn’t been shaping them and had started making my hair fall out and be uneven or something. She told me she had to pluck them to open my eyes and make them more even. So, she did, and then she even went in her own purse to put some eyebrow makeup on them to show me how they could be darker. Plucking costs more than waxing, normally $ 15, but i got a discount for being young (she thought i was 18, i told her im older, but i still counted as young). She also offered me chocolates, hot chocolate, tea, coffee, snacks… Very friendly! I had wanted a mani/​pedi, but i would have had to wait half hr since i didnt make an appt, so i didnt get one and just did it myself at home. I would reccomend this place.
