Viva Wireless

I would give this place five stars, except for inherit obnoxiousness one must go about for getting a cell phone in general. Also, every cell phone plan is more confusing than I am capable of dealing with while standing in the middle of a crowded mall.
HOWEVER, Dina at Viva wireless is by far the nicest, most knowledgeable, and professional person I have ever encountered at a cell phone place. She alone gives this kiosk four stars.
We happened to try to re-​up our contract at the same time Stonestown happened to have a power outage. Having just signed the contracts, and power goes out, does make one wonder if they aren’t getting a sign from God that maybe they should reconsider their current decision. And the cool part? Dina thought that too! She locked up our phones, and sent us home with the contracts, telling us that if we still want them, give her a call tomorrow! How’s that for no pressure. It was Christmas, and those cells were selling fast, but she had no problem holding them for us!
We did indeed get the phones, and everything has been great with them. That is, until five months later we run into a Sim card problem. My hubby runs to Viva to get a $ 25 replacement, and Dina remembers us and comps it!
I can’t say every person working at Viva wireless has the pressure free, delightful to be about, and totally efficient manner that Dina has. I can say that as long as she works there, I will go to no one else for my cell phone needs.
