I started a new job recently and was asked to get some professional photos for a press release to announce my employment. Having never had to take a business portrait, I Unilocaled to find someone good, and I did! Val is professional, charming, and has a great eye to give your photos great light with unique backgrounds. He does onsite photography in SF which was really cool. He is definitely dedicated, lugging his equipment all around the Embarcadero to get «the shot». I was extremely happy with how my photos turned out and would highly recommend him for your business portrait.

I’ve had great experiences with Val Mirov! I work in the Latin music/​dance scene and first was exposed to Val’s work through his work with my friend’s Taste Friday event. I noticed how great all the pictures of his events were each week. Val takes a good breadth of photos at an event — from solo portraits to great group shots, to action shots (very difficult in music/​dance setting) to special effects. I liked that he captured peoples emotions well and also great action shots. When my band VibraSON debuted in November 2013, Val Mirov was the obvious choice. He came early to take our group band shots in different areas of the club, some solo portraits and then stayed on during the performance to capture some fantastic action shots. Val really captures some special moments and the overall result of our debut band shots was superb. The photos have been essential to our promoting the band and giving our potential audiences a real feel for the energy and camaraderie of the band! We also enjoyed Val’s professional attitude, his patience in getting the band together and posed in different ways, and of course the quality of the pictures. I would recommend Val to anyone wanting to capture the essence of any event in pictures!

Val came out to cover our big dance performance event on in Presidio with last minute notice. He showed in the nick of time and got right in there and capture many greatmoments of dances. His incredible work will for sure bring him lots of upcoming business, there is no doubt. Thanks so much, I really appreciate what you did for us!
