The nicest older man works here. Gave me a cute complimentary note card for my bouquet and added in a couple extra stems. :)

The person was terribly arrogant. I went to buy flowers and they were not in the best condition so when I asked if he has another batch or could reduce the price, he actually unwrapped my bouquet after it was all wrapped and ready to go. His response was that his flowers are perfect and I should go somewhere else. He didn’t even say no, or communicate with me. He gave me the unfriendliest look and walked away. I haven’t experienced someone who cares less about serving happy customers than their ego of the perceived quality of their service in a while. This was classic.

This is a quick stop for flowers! This little booth of a shop is located on the corner of Spear and Market Street; options are semi-limited in comparison to full stores or bigger booths but– The two gentleman running this show are so sweet and friendly. They warmly remind me of my grandpa. Pricing is fair. I got half a dozen roses for $ 8 I think. Somewhere around there. They knew I was in a rush and hurried my checkout process, hurrying fast as they could. I will definitely go back if I need flowers from them.

The older gentleman who runs the store(his name as written on his card is Byron Yoanidis) is really friendly, and always brightens my day when I buy from him. The flowers are fresh, and the arrangement are solid. He usually has a $ 8, two $ 10, and $ 14 arrangement, with the $ 14 being by far the best deal. He’s willing to chat and discuss how to make them last the longest(soak the ends in cool water for a few minutes, and then cut them under the running water, before placing them in a vase; keep away from hot temperatures). No fifth star because it’s a commodity good; kiosks or small storefronts which sell flowers are pretty standard, and isn’t much better than average, except I like the owner, which gives 4 stars instead of 3. It’s been operating in the same location for 40 years. They accept credit cards, but also charge tax on all purchases, so the $ 14 flowers are really $ 15.
