Dr. Tom is my kids dentist for a little over a year and they loved him! They are not afraid to go to the dentist at all~ always walk out with a big smile, even my son had to take a tooth out one time! Dr. Tom patiently explain everything what he will do before he starts and that gain trust between them. Thank you Dr. Tom!

I met Dr Tom Randall last year after having had four somewhat mediocre and even unsatisfying dental experiences (yes, I’m picky and cautious), I knew I finally found my God-​sent neighborhood dentist in the city! Dr Randall was patient and kind. He has an amazing work ethic. He is humorous, good with kids, and very thought-​throughly about the choices and procedures. He let his patients know all the available options along with his best suggestion, one at a time, in his humble, quiet, comfortable and well equipped clinic in Sunset. I’m bringing every one I know to this hidden gem!

I’ve been visiting dr Tom weekly for the past three weeks, for cleanings and long overdue drilling & fillings, and he’s great. Not only does he know what he’s doing, he’s also passionate about what he does and won’t hesitate to explain it all in-​depth, supplying the tools and awareness that help me understand what’s going on in my mouth and how to properly care for my teeth. This is something most dentists seem to avoid. I’ve often felt like knowledge has been kept from me for whatever reason. Perhaps they’re afraid that if I know too much I’ll become a dentist myself or that I’ll maintain my teeth to the point that they’ll lose business, I don’t know. But dr. Tom is straight forward, doesn’t sugarcoat his diagnosis (probably because it would create more cavities) and on top of it all he has a sense of humor and a bright personality. Very personable and personal. He really seems to care about his patients, plus he accepts my dentiCal coverage!

Dr. Tom has been our family dentist for many years, and has always been a dentist that honestly care and takes his time with his patients. I have great respect for Dr. Tom and his thorough treatment plans for each individual in my family. Although, Dr. Tom’s décor may be a little dated, it is all his time and effort he puts into his patients that count! Dr. Tom is a genuine, compassionate, good hearted person. You will be lucky to have met a person like him.
