We are big fans of Daniel and his crew. Recently, we bought a house and were excited about the remodeling project. We interviewed countless contractors, just to be highly disappointed; they wouldn’t return calls, some wouldn’t show up for their appointments, and bids seemed ridiculously high. What a breath of fresh air Daniel turned out to be!
Daniel returns calls and text messages immediately and his voicemail box is never full (other contractors should follow his lead), he provides great designs, does amazingly good work, is honest and communicative about timelines, and he is very friendly. He moved walls, put in crown molding, painted, repaired holes, installed new lighting, fixed our deck. Recommended a great company from which we selected a new kitchen countertop. In addition, he effectively partnered with our other contractors (floors, windows, etc.) so as to coordinate schedules. Oh, and did I mention his rates are reasonble? Yes, that they are! There is no need to look any further for a contractor: Daniel is your guy!
