TacoMyFace is a brand new street food vendor, selling made to order tacos at The Window takeout spot, on Fridays 11am-2pm. It’s operated by employees from Coffee Bar. They told me that it’s just a temporary venture, and they don’t have any plans to join other street food gatherings other than The Window. It’ll cease to exist when Coffee Bar #3 opens. In terms of food quality = 4 stars, the food is well made and really delicious! But the price($ 7-$ 9) = 2 stars, a bit expensive for what u get: just 2 small tacos and housemade tortilla chips. The short menu includes: snapper tacos for $ 9, carne asada tacos for $ 8, veggie tacos(has potato, onions, rice, and bell peppers) for $ 7, and drinks(water or soda can) are $ 1. I bought the snapper fish tacos, with chile de arbol and avocado salsas. No complaints about the food taste or quality. Everything was excellent. The seasoned fish fillets were succulent, perfectly soft tortillas, and very tasty housemade salsas. The food portion is snack size. You’ll definitely still be hungry afterward. Cash only. No Twitter or social media accounts.
