Brayant and Antonio were very welcoming and friendly as soon as I walked in! I have been having a lot of problems with my phone lately and they were able to fix all of them! I know I can always count on them. Great experience!

Bad Service Went there to fix an issue with my phone. The guy switched sim cards, when that didn’t work he put me on the phone with customer service. The same customer service number you’d call by yourself. On top of that the phone they had there didn’t even work and the service line hung up on me. I didn’t get on the bus and go to the store to be put on the phone with the same crappy customer service number I can find at home.

This t-mobile location is really close to my house. Not the most«classy» of neighborhoods, but once you step inside its light and airy. Tons of phones everywhere, and alot of square footage. I had to come in to talk to someone about my dads phone. After a bunch of other failed t-mobile customer reps helping my pops, I had to step in. I was greeted immediately after walking in. Mike was his name. I knew because the other worker said«mike something blah blah.» anyways, he was able to assist my fathers request without making it a huge deal. Previously my dad was so frustrated he wanted to change plans all-together. Mike def sealed the deal, and my father is staying with T-Mobile. I browsed the other phones in the store, they have a HUGE selection, and the monthly rates are reasonable compared to the leading competitors. My dad even added a line to his plan because there was a flashy phone he liked.(sigh) He already has a phone WHY. Anyways. kudos to this t-mobile. Definitely don’t judge a book by its cover here, because its a real gem in the rough!

Oh, sorry. You two are apparently really busy right now, so we apologize for asking if the store carries the particular battery and phone charger we need. I mean, just reading the looks on your little faces tells us enough! Yeah, the store may be completely empty right now and yes, it is 1:30pm on a Sunday afternoon, but we really didn’t mean to put you out. After all, it looks like you’re working so hard. But we do appreciate the thorough and careful ways in which you looked for our requested items. That zombie walk you did from your chair to the facing wall and back, without really looking at the the racks and display items, fully convinced us of your concern and dedication to helping the customer. And your co-worker’s added assistance was also indispensable! He was absolutely clear and useful when remarking, «Uhhhh, we might have the charger but probably not the battery.» Obviously«maybe» and«probably» are completely conclusive terms that put the issue at rest. I mean, a walk through the stock room or a search on the computer in front of his fucking face would’ve just been redundant after such a solid statement. It was also really cool how he offered to call the other stores in such an apathetic, put-out, and«are you really gonna make me do this?» manner. That made me, as the customer, feel both satisfied and valued! Because this bastion of productivity and solid customer service is so close to my apartment, I’ll give it one star. Hope to see you guys again! It was a really fun experience!!! :)
