I bought my first house in the Inner Richmond from Scott and then 6 years later called him when it was time to sell it. I had to make a move to LA and he understood my time frame and the complications from our TIC. He is always a pro, super helpful and just a really nice person to work with.

Susie is a fantastic agent. She is smart, a straight shooter, honest, and aggressive when needed. Susies’s helped me buy two homes (one in SF, one in Marin) and sell one (in SF). I’ve made two offers to date, and got the home each time, and also did well on the sale. Susie gives truly excellent advice, knows her markets, has great relationships with other brokers, provided the information I needed to make good decisions, and was a huge asset in what can be a challenging, stressful process. I actually had a great time working with her, too — she has a great sense of humor. I highly recommend her.

We worked with Scott Whelan on the purchase of our home in the Outer Richmond. Scott’s knowledge of San Francisco Real Estate and professionalism allowed us to find our dream home. His ability to make the complex simple and help us navigate the process made the process much easier. His negotiation skills and ability to anticipate also allowed us to go from low bidder to countering with an offer that the seller accepted immediately. I highly recommend him. He also served as an advisor on a TIC property we own and his extensive knowledge of TICs is another factor to consider Scott. Above it all, Scott is a trustworthy person. We knew immediately that we were in good hands and that Scott would take care of us.
A year later we are still as excited about our new home.

We worked with Susan Doolittle to buy our condo. She is patient, extremely knowledgable and is a great advocate for her clients. When we were looking at older homes and condos, there were several places where Susan pointed out possible structural, plumbing, and electrical issues. Her deep knowledge spans real estate law and procedure, as well as building codes and financing. We found her to be invaluable during the process of buying a new condo. There were all kinds of problems with getting financing on new construction and she expertly navigated us through the process. Susan is down to earth and a very straight shooter. We highly recommend working with her!
