This store is amazing! I get all of my sunglasses from this location. They have a huge selection! Everything from sporty, luxury and trendy! Ray Bans, Oakley, Gucci, Versace, Tom Ford, Bulgaria etc! The staff is incredible! They are always eager to help and find that perfect pair for me! It’s great cause it’s in MACYS and I can use my MACYs card as well. This absolutely the BEST place to get your sunglasses!

I would like to give out a great review to Mario the store manager at this location. He was so helpful I had an issue with a pair of sunglasses, and he was able to swap them as an exchange. I am all about great customer service and customers getting satisfied and he did it! Mario your a star continue shinning you do a great job at it.

I usually e-​commerce things like sunglasses due to the price difference, but an emergency-​need (ie, broken suglasses and a sunny SF day) made me Unilocal this place. First, the door was locked and a lone saleswoman opened the door. Kinda strange in that they assume that you will be shoplifting. Once Fort Knox was opened, I knew what I wanted: gradient-​brown fade Raybans with the more-​solid gold frame. They had it, and it was a fast transaction. The azn gal helping out was cute as a button, and she probably could have sold me the Brooklyn Bridge, hehe. 4-​stars…

I had the best customer service at this Sunglass Hut location (in the Macy’s). Made me feel great while there, cleaned my old sunglasses AND replaced the case/​cloth. Found a fab pair of new sunglasses and left with a smile on my face. The fella who helped me was great. Highly recommend.

Love the service especially from store manager, Saili Li. Her assistant was as helpful and friendly. I would strongly recommend this store for its wide selection, great prices and awesome customer service !!!
