This is a subway, they sell mediocre sandwiches. This subway is unique in that it has no bathroom. Let me repeat myself, there is no bathroom for its customers. They sell drinks, refreshments, and soda. But when you have to go pee, good luck. That doesn’t make any sense to me and it must violate some type of restaurant building code. It is open 24 hours 7 days a week. But there’s no bathroom, and that hurts my feelings.

It’s a standard Subway no more no less. The employees are generally pleasant. The big upside is that this Subway is open 24⁄7 except Christmas Day. Always there and the bread is baked around the clock too. I can attest to that as I live around the corner and smell it.

Terrible customer service. Lady at the counter couldn’t remember what I said when I asked for both pickles and onions and just gave me onions, then stared at me blankly. Wasn’t polite or particularly rude, just wasn’t listening to me. Saddest subway I’ve ever been to.

I felt very hungry right after coming out of the gym. A salami sandwich was the one item I craved for. Next moment, I found myself at Subway. There was no line when I stepped in. I was immediately greeted by the next team member. I liked it! Both associates were very fast on ensuring customers orders were processed in a timely manner. Two sandwiches placed into the toaster oven at the same time? That’s brilliantly genius and a time saver idea. Overall, excellent first experience here. Subway sandwiches and salads are an excellent choice when looking to fill up at affordable prices. I do have to try their salads one day. This location is indeed one of the best Subways I have been to. Some of the reasons for this include the clean, spacious interior. Friendly staff on duty and of course, excellent customer service. There are tables and chairs available for customers eating in. Here are some reasons for rating: — friendly team members — clean, spacious facility — prompt service — chairs and tables available

This location is right down the street from the hotel I was staying at. Walked in famished ready to devour a foot of sub. Paul was the name I believe. The dude made no attempt to communicate like a normal human being. Rather just rattled off robotic questions regarding the contents of the aforementioned sub. I worked at a subway for a little under a year and so I have a rather good idea of what subways standards are for customer service and speed of transaction. Paul met none of those standards. He took five minutes to make a basic Bmt and seemed irritated at my presence. Didn’t offer a bag nor did he say have a good day. He simply went to the back to sulk as le typical irate food service worker. Was rather disturbing as there were two other people in the store that we’re currently eating. Which shows the store wasn’t very busy. In other words Paul was a total douche and I made sure he knew that as I muttered some wonderfully colorful language as I walked away. The food was decent. Bread had a hardened outer shell which I believe was either due to being old bread or improperly proofed. All in all it was a pretty bad experience considering subway already charges a considerable amount for the quality of food. Beware of Paul. I repeat he’s a douche

We came here last night at 10 pm. We didn’t leave with my sandwich until 10:25. That’s right — it took 25 minutes to get one turkey, bacon, & avocado sandwich. You may be wondering if there was a long line, a disruptive customer, a shortage of staff, a fire, or something that could cause such a delay. To be fair, the group of 4 guys and the 1 guy ahead of me in line were pretty slow to decide what they wanted and were not the clearest in communicating what they wanted on their sandwiches. But still, we’re all just ordering sandwiches. Ultimately, the employees were just REALLYREALLY slow. As for the food, the sandwich was generally okay. The bread was good, but the guy didn’t put enough tomatoes and veggies and he put a little too much mayo. Also, I’m used to bacon being brown and really crispy, but the bacon here was a much lighter — almost off white — color, which threw me. On the plus side, they have sourdough bread again(several of the reviews noted this location stopped offering sourdough bread).

I do loves me some Subway, but something was a bit off. I’d heard that some of their restaurants can be out of alignment with others but hadn’t experienced this until today. I tend to be a creature of habit with Subway, so I got my usual — turkey and black forest ham on flatbread with pepper jack, spinach, tomato, cuke, green pepper, black olive, black pepper, and a bit of the sweet onion sauce. This is my goto and it’s always been tasty, but the one I got today was supremely bland, and I’m not quite sure just how they pulled that off. I’m glad there are other places in the area because I won’t be going back there anytime soon.

If you’re in a pinch, the Subway near 2nd street is a good way to get a quick and cheap sandwich. The lines can get long at noon but the servers work fast. I like to get the $ 6 dollar meals because I am a fan of having a soda during lunch. Get some caffeine before finishing the work day. Try the turkey sandwich with Sriracha cream sauce, it’s my go-to item.

Its subway so cant get all crazy with 5 stars. But the people that work there are more or less good and nice and the place is open 24⁄7. Taking off 3 points for that fact that there are always ALWAYS pigeons inside this subway. They are always walking around and going behind the counters and all i can think is bird poo all over my food. Since I work late hours and its the only open place its where I go but they need to hire a bird whisperer or something cause its super unsanitary.

I’ve been waiting in a six person line with one employee working the counter. Nice guy but taking forever per customer(finally got to the front after over 25 min, I definitely regret not leaving sooner). And there’s another employee in the back, too! What the heck is that guy doing? Now the line is up to eight people deep!!! This had better be the best sandwich I ever had… Edit: it wasn’t

I really like this Subway location. It’s better than most in SF. They really do a great job of getting rid of the line quite quickly. They have a very optimized«assembly line» system to do so. If you’re going to grab a quick sandwich in SoMa, I’d definitely stop by here! Tip: Don’t go to the Subway at the 4th and King Caltrain station. Your view of Subway will forever be ruined.

I thought subways are chains? Why was $ 5 Januany not a valid offer through the end of the month? Came here for lunch during the workweek on January 30th and ordered a subway club and they charged me regular price and not the $ 5 month special. Furious and asked, but they said they weren’t doing that promotion anymore. So either they dropped the special early or Subway isn’t holding it up. Anyways, not the best service, slow, and i’m never coming back!

Seems like an ordinary Subway to me. Bonus points for being open 24 hours. Staff seems to turnover quickly, so hard to comment. I admit I’ve become a Subway expert after years of wasting here, so out can be frustrating that I know the menu better than they do.

Where all the business people go for lunch. The owner is very friendly and always smiling. Very small location. Best place to grab lunch in the little plaza.

Subway gets a lot of shit but this location really stepped it up. The store was clean and the colors where vibrant. The staff greeted me when I walked in and made me feel welcomed. They make my sandwich quickly and even offered some small talk. Not bad for a subway!

Ew. Okay, when you go to a Subway, you know what to expect. That is the appeal of chain restaurants for risk-resistant people. However, this one is particularly bad. There was one person ahead of me and it took me 16 minutes to get a veggie sandwich. Unfortunately, I’m totally not exaggerating at all. I also noticed some dirty hands touching food, and they were basically sold out of bottled soda at 6:30PM. I would only come here again if I had to.

This Subway is 100% average. The people are generally ok and they aren’t too stingy on the veggies. In the morning it’s nice and quiet. It’s better than the one closer to Market.
