This is my second time in this subway and the service is amazing and they are so fun and nice to talk to. Thanks Jay and the crew for another amazing Subway time for me and my friends! A slight recommendation is to tidy the table area more often. sadly too many customers also imply that they dont tidy after they eat -.-’

We go to this Subway all of the time. It’s fine. Sometimes you have to explain to the girl behind the counter a few times what you want, but so what? Me and my employees work in the area and it’s a good value and pretty quick. We LIKE it.

Standard Subway, not the best and not the worst. Friendly workers put the flow of the store seems a little lacking. Update:11−09−12 Don’t know why I gave this location another try. Dropped to a 1 star due to the last experience. Ordered a simple $ 5 foot long and everything was going ok until the lady asked me what dressing I wanted on the sandwich. So I ask for«light mayo» and«Southwest chipotle.» I didn’t think that it was a complex request especially when the sole job of the person behind the counter is to make sandwiches all day long. The lady look confused as she was looking for the dressing. First she picked the regular mayo and not he light mayo, not a big deal. And it was pretty easy to see she made a mistake because of the color of the sticker and wording on the sticker. Did she forget that there was glass and that I could see what she was doing? I guess she thought if she moved fast enough I wouldn’t notice. Wrong… Second, she picked up a red dressing and squirted it all over the sandwich. I knew that it was not the«south west chipotle» because it was a totally different color and I order the same sandwich all the time. She hesitated and realized that it was not the right dressing. She stopped and without saying a word went to the back to grab the right dressing. She could have at least asked me if it was ok or if she needed to make me a new sandwich. She tried to act like it never happened… LADY, it is glass! I can see what you are doing. Once she made her mistake she started wrapping up the sandwich like nothing happened. I had to stop her and ask what she added to the sandwich. Quietly she said«hot sauce.» All I could do it think to myself was, I don’t want to deal with this person ever again and I will never come here again. Just give me the sandwich and you will never see me again. The least she could have done was to acknowledge her mistake and offer some resolution, not act like it never happened. I did not expect a free sandwich just some acknowledgement…

This place is a sh*t man!!! Last Wednesday, I was craving for subway sandwich. A sandwich that I mainly order but not that desperate to want it. Anyways, when I went in this subway store. I asked for the 5 dollar footlong spicy Italian sandwich. However the lady is just piece of shit not knowing, there is that order such existed. Ugh… She kept saying, there is no 5 dollar something something shit. Only mentioning about meatball sandwich. Fuck that like you think I would just came in order that instead. Shiiit!!! She does NOT know how do her job well. I mean like come on, my order!!! Or main known menu as 5dollar footlong. Knowing what it has, how fucking obvious and easy is that to know. Shiiit! I could’ve done a lot more better job then her. Sigh… I guess I’ll give one star just cause there is a subway in embarcadaro. — customer service here sucks my a**. Never ever come in here ever again.

All I can ask for with Subways is that they are clean with fresh ingredients. This one is both. It’s an easy lunch time go to for a marginally healthy meal. I can’t resist the chocolate chip cookies. Nothing on Specialty’s but consistent.

This is a fast and super cheap spot for lunch! This location is new so it has a lot of two for one coupons that they are constantly handing out. They are pretty consistent with the sandwich making. I don’t mix it up much. I always get the vegi on honey wheat and it usually tastes fresh and good. The service has been very quick and the lines moves at lunch. A couple of the sando-makers are a little slow but I chalk it up to them being new. They are all very friendly and one guy went above and beyond to find me my chips in the back when the shelf was empty. Overall, a quick, cheap place to grab a sandwich.

Quality Control is not their strong point at this location… Came in on a weekend, and while I know sandwiches aren’t flying out the door on a Sunday, let’s at least throw out the wilted/brown lettuce, and shriveled tomatoes. I should have paid more attention as it was being thrown together, but REALLY? Just threw out 8″ of sandwich because it was downright nasty. Super disappointing considering I work around the corner, and NOTHING is open around here on weekends… You can be sure my coworkers will be hearing about this!

I had a sandwich there last week. No problem; regular six inch and a drink. It was good. At checkout I paid for the sandwich and received a coupon for a free sandwich. The coupon stated I could get one of equal or lesser value with purchase of any sandwich and 20oz. drink. I returned with my receipt and coupon in hand and handed it to the guy. It stated that it was good until the end of this month. Just to be sure I wouldn’t get charged I asked the guy if it was still good. He said wait while he checks with the manager. The manager comes out and says the coupon is only good the same day you buy a sandwich. I asked him to show me where on the coupon that is stated. He couldn’t and instead tells me he knows the rules. I ask him to show me the rules he’s speaking of, he couldn’t and still refused to give me the free sandwich. He then said I could check with some office. I suppose he meant there was a Subway headquarters that I could complain to(probably ’til blue in the face). OK, so that was my experience. I was pretty angry when I left. I have a little experience with customer service and I know that’s not any way to get repeat business. I won’t be going back there, ever. Also, like others have said before me, if there were zero stars, that would be the rating for this place. JW
