I started training with Simon shortly after giving birth and credit him with not only helping me lose all the baby weight, but for getting me in even better shape than I was pre-pregnancy. He’s very experienced and incredibly knowledgable about fitness, and manages to push me at each session while also being sensitive to my limits. Simon Is In the true sense a «personal Trainer» He listens to needs of the client, helps relate fitness and nutrition. Has many years of experience dedicated to getting all aspects of living a healthy fit lifestyle. If you like training one on one and like being outdoors or in He, works with you in your comfort zone. I personally have benefited from his knowledge of psychical activity and diet after, recently being diagnosed with diabetes. Planning a exercise routine and setting goals has been a huge help! He offers workout plans to fit the client’s budget and schedule. I highly recommend Simon as a excellent fitness trainer!

I had the great opportunity to train with Simon over at Live Fit on Valencia for a few months. Training with him was one of the highlights of my week. He has excellent fitness knowledge and he also has a knack for mixing things up. He is pretty supportive in terms of getting to know what your goals are setting you up to meet them. I told him I wanted to bulk up and he was completely honest with me: «you’ve got to start consuming 3000 calories a day, son.» Although I still haven’t started such a glorious diet(I’ve been busy), I plan on it because I trust in him that that’s the only way I’ll grow out of this little frame.
