Awesome bike ! Awesome service, he raised my seat for me and I was off! Straight gettin it down through the mission on my way back to catch Bart to the east bay ! I’m a courier and I be straight gettin it through the streets of Oakland on my 6KU, weaving through traffic! All thanks to these wonderful guys ! Thanks !

Got a great bike for commuting, nice and simple. Great seller, working out of his garage very easy to deal with — he even installed a set of back brakes for me for only $ 20 extra. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for a single speed simple great looking bike at a really good price.

Bought a 57 cm Critical Cycles single-​speed. Nice guy — the whole process took 5 min. The bikes cost $ 219 and I have enjoyed riding mine around the Mission.
Like the other review mentioned, the shop is really just the guy’s garage, but it was fine and he had a handful of new assembled bikes there so it looked like a legitimate operation.

This place is a bit hard to find… you’ll have to call the number when you get there. The owner only sells bikes; he does not repair them. He sells fixed wheel bikes from a company called Critical Cycles. I accidentally came here for bike repairs and he very kindly found a way to fix my wheel even though it’s not his official business.

Legit business. Owner is responsive and friendly. Bikes are a great deal. Took me all of 15 min to ride a bike and buy it. Highly recommend it if you are looking for an inexpensive bike to get around on.
