Pretty awful customer service. I’ll never buy anything here again and this is why.
I bought a gift at this store for my mother for Christmas last year at the the store on Fillmore Street. It was a pretty stone necklace. The store had a 14 day store credit return policy. So I thought it wouldn’t be a big deal because my mother lives near NYC and could return it to that store if she didn’t like it.
Fortunately, she loved it and wore it once.
And then it broke.
She took it to her local jeweler for repair and they said that it shouldn’t have broken and to take it back to the store.
I flew back to the East Coast and walked with my mother into the NYC store (The Flagship Store) and asked if they could 1. fix the necklace, 2. replace the necklace, 3. get a refund or 4. get store credit.
They absolutely positively refused to be helpful. Even when I asked to speak to the manager they said that she wasn’t available and they would not do anything for us. NOT EVEN REPAIR IT. I demanded to speak to the manager and the woman at the counter said she would give my name and number to the manager and they would contact me.
Needless to say that was FIVE MONTHS AGO and no one has contacted me.
I can’t even walk by that store without being disgusted.

SF so needed a store like this, nice original clothes. Kinda pricy but the sale thet are having right now makes everything pretty reasonable. Helpful sales people.
