Just your regular bubble tea joint. Three stars because the place reeked of that old fryer smell, where you know there’s oil residue on all the surfaces of the restaurant. The service was pretty quick, but just your basic bubble tea. I did see people get the fried popcorn chicken, it looked good, and smelled good, but I have no idea how it tastes. Probably would go to another bubble tea place next time.

EDIT: my total wait time here was 35 – 40 minutes for one $ 5 tofu rice bowl(not the 10 – 15 mins it took to order plus a regular short wait time). Not worth the wait. This place has terrible customer service. Two employees were working and a full line of people(4 – 5 deep) was lined up… of course they stop taking orders right before mine(which was for one rice bowl on my 30 min lunch break). So the first employee was a male who proceeded to take 10 – 15 minutes to make 5 different teas while the other female employee stood staring around in the back… I wasted half of my break waiting for them to take my order and the other half waiting for them to make the food. Talk about rude and not caring about customers. The Irving location is much more timely, and every single other quickly that I’ve ever been to, even with one employee working. I don’t think I’ll be back here again.

I wanted to give Quickly another chance but they disappoint once again. Their fresh tea series was BOGO, 3.50 for 2 drinks is a good deal, but you get what you pay for I suppose. First of all the promotion only lets you get the same tea type, so no mix or match. I should’ve left right there, but I decided to get the Dark Roast Oolong tea(0% sweet) and milk tea(50% sweet). Both drinks did not have much tea in it so in the end it wasn’t even worth the money. Save it for a place like SuperCue down the street. The only redeeming factor I can see from this place is that they have lots of TVs but even then they were only playing Avril Lavigne music videos right next to each other. Missed opportunity for them to play something good like NBA playoffs.

Meh. My roommates and I went here because it was the only place open while we were waiting for House of Pancakes to open down the street. The check-in says BOGO(also the sign out front), but it’s only for the exact same thing. I ordered a drink off of their«Most Popular» menu, Earl Grey milk tea, and it was okay. I thought it was a tiny bit chalky. They didn’t have regular sized boba so I went for egg pudding. Again, meh.

Came here with my bf since I was craving some popcorn chicken. We got here, and there were a few people here around 9:30. I enjoyed the fast service, but the price was WOAH. It was more than 5 dollars for the small bag of chicken that was not fully filled. I also thought that the guy who worked there could have been friendlier. The service was fast though which was great. The only thing is they charge you 60 cents extra if you use your card and your order is less than 10 dollars. I mean… who in the right mind would spend more than 10 dollars at quickly’s unless there’s a party of 5 or something. Parking was easy to find.

It’s quickly, pretty standard, good enough. Don’t expect more. Don’t get the barley milk tea because it is not strained and literally has barely in it. I wouldn’t be surprise if you ask for grass jelly and you find grass in your drink. But overall, get something standard and you’ll be okay.

Well, it is Quickly. You won’t find big surprise with such a chain store. I enjoy they have buy one get one free tea sometimes. The cashiers are always very shy but services were okay. Needs to hire more staffs on the weekend nights. Line and wait time was always long during Saturday nights. Sometimes there was only one person working.

I bought the calamari rings for around 4 dollars and they gave me 8 small calamari rings. Complete rip off.

Came here at 11am. A peaceful place to enjoy my quick brunch!(It suddenly became crowded at half past!) I had popcorn chicken rice and milk tea with rainbow jelly(cos they didn’t have tapioca at that moment). The rice was a good deal($ 3.99) — the bowl was full of yummy popcorn chicken, and the sauce was traditional! Milk tea is the ordinary sweet Taiwanese milk tea. You may want to ask for less sweet if you are not used to the sweetness.

I like their Taro Milk tea with small boba, and price is worth the drink. The service is good on weekends because the Lincoln students are off and it isn’t as hectic like the weekdays.

I feel bad for the customers here! But even worse, I feel sorry for the one guy that is working at the moment! Should definitely hire at least one more person. This guy is hustling, the only reason I give a three star.

I’m all for Quickly’s even before all these other cooler/hipper boba places came about because this was one of the few places before it all! But boy oh boy was today’s visit extremely long… not only did we have to wait 10 minutes to order but also another 15 minutes for our drinks. I was getting antsy waiting around, but after awhile I realized that it was literally only one girl running the entire store on her own. From taking orders to making drinks to serving drinks… that girl was a champ today. Even on busy day, she was on top of making good drinks and our watermelon slush drink with boba was super satisfying! Super +++ for her, but super — for Quickly’s management putting her and us through that. You need to staff appropriately!!! By the time I left, the line was out the door. Getting boba should never take more than 5 minutes!

This review is solely for their bubble tea, and not their other food. Pros: Quick and cheap(small boba for $ 2) Cons: Cheap ‘boba’ that tastes like flavored milk and sugar that has been pre-made and sitting for awhile We only came here because the Super Cue shop across the street was closed, and we were too lazy to drive somewhere else for better boba. It had been awhile since I had Quickly and I decided to give it a shot, which turned out to be a bad idea. I only drank a few sips before throwing it out.

The staffs are super nice and fast, quick. SOMETIMES the line can get real long, and I don’t have to wait a long long time unlike Tumps. I love the fires Tofu and Popcorn chickens. They do take cards, credit and debit !!! Catalogue green tea with small tapioca is my favorite.

I come here for the fried octopus and the mango slush. It’s a great combination for any type of day. I’ve become a regular specifically for this combination. I wouldn’t normally share this because I want this all to myself, but I am a very honest person. The Earl Grey is also decent on a cold day. Its sweetened already. I don’t mind it. The location is also very convenient, but very dense with boba shops(craftea, super cue, etc). This is the one that always serves snacks super late at night. The guys can also be friendly. I don’t really like their milk teas but some are sold for $ 0.99. Can’t really complain about those. It is weird that my green apple milk tea is the same color as the regular milk tea. That throws me off.

Came here one night after a failed attempt to get late-night Chinese food. Settled on this because I had been to Quickly elsewhere and the popcorn chicken is good. It was good. But I wanted rice and they ran out of rice. How does this happen?

I wish I could give this place negative stars. The girl who was running the place is ridiculously stupid and refuses to listen. She got my milk tea bubble tea order wrong THREE times(how do you even do that?). I didn’t even request for less ice or sugar. Just plain old bubble milk tea. She gives me an iced tea, then fixes it by adding milk but forgets the bubbles and FINALLY gets it right the third time. No apologies or anything. Didn’t even say thank you. If you think you’re too pretty to be working at Quickly’s or working at all, quit. Stop wasting people’s time and your boss’ money. The three other people behind me left the shop because she was taking too long.

If you’re looking for a nice and cheap spot for snacks and hanging out, come to this Quickly. They have a wide variety of snacks and drinks on their menu, but their popcorn chicken is my favorite. For $ 4 and a few minutes’ wait, you get a substantial amount of flavorful and juicy popcorn chicken made fresh to order. Give it time to cool off because it’ll be burning hot. You can even control how much extra flavor you want with the two shakers of seasoning they provide: salt and pepper or chili powder, my seasoning of choice. Other snacks we’ve tried and recommend are the waffle fries and fried mini octopus. Like the popcorn chicken, they require a few minutes’ wait because they’re freshly fried. They’re also very hot. Their drinks can’t compare to the freshly brewed teas of SuperCue nearby, but they’re there to quench your thirst and sweet cravings. Picking up orders can get confusing when there’s lots of people. With no order numbers or names taken, people are oblivious to whether the food is theirs or someone else’s. Tonight’s visit, for example, had about five separate orders of popcorn chicken, including ours. Three people ahead of us grabbed the popcorn chicken we thought was ours, then a girl who ordered after us grabbed the popcorn chicken we knew was ours. This didn’t bother us since we weren’t in a rush, but just make sure to be on standby and pay attention. Service has been nice on every visit. We’ve usually gotten an older Chinese man who was always kind and gracious. The owner, who’s about to have a baby, is also very sweet. Aside from Quickly’s popcorn chicken, their space to eat and hang out is my top reason for coming here. There’s about five tables and a bench inside. I’ll usually go to Taraval for the drinks from SuperCue but end up staying at Quickly for snacks and the space to hang out. We always buy food from Quickly on every visit, so we’ve never had problems bringing our SuperCue drinks inside with us. I hardly ever patronize fast food joints, but Quickly is an exception!

A small Quicklys in Richmond. Pretty much like most Quicklys – I would actually say this place is actually slightly above average for a Quickly. The milk tea was ok. I also got a fried octopus rice, which was prepared on the spot, and so was piping hot when I got it – it was pretty good. The mini octopus were the right size, and very crispy, which mixed well with the soft rice. It took them a while to cook it though, probably because most people don’t order it. All in all, a pretty good Quickly.
