Peter’s Sausage

Peter’s Sausage has been around awhile at food events. artisan sausages is his specialty. sometimes, he has samples, most times he doesn’t. mostly he just sold frozen sausages in packages. last time out,
he grilled some cheesewurst.

–plenty thin and small, didn’t taste the cheese, didn’t taste anything at all.
–came with a standard nonheated bun, with ketchup and mustard available.
–guess these sausages are «natural», no spices added.
