Very easy appointment for travel meds. Booked over the phone. Filled forms out online. We arrived to our appointment early and we were seen right away without waiting. Parking was easy at meters on street out front. The waiting room was clean and bright. The person who helped us was very nice, prepared, professional and gave us all the info and treatments needed for my son\‘s trip. She gave us a booklet with information about the destination country. Immunizations were quick. When we got home, prescription was already called in to our pharmacy.

Oakland, CA
I called to schedule an appointment early morning, to the oakland passport health office, who found me an opening the following late morning at this SF location. An hour after scheduling I found better prices at AITC and cancelled within 24hours at passport health’s 877 358 8648 number, spoke to someone who confirmed the cancellation, and yet two days later they sent me an invoice by mail for $ 40 claiming I missed the appointment and owe them a cancellation fee. Before confirming the appointment at passport i even told them i was still looking around and that i may call back to cancel and perhaps I should not take that time slot just yet… the clerk told me not to worry about it and that they should hold that spot for me just in case. I really don’t have time for this level of disorganization and poor service.

Wonderful experience with Sarah on Friday, June 19, 2015! Very informative, helpful, and kind. She was wonderful, and, delightfully enough, not what I expected at all. Absolutely did not push anything on me, was helpful as to what questions I might want to ask my own doctor as a traveler over 50 (over 55… over 56.etc.). I would l not hesitate to suggest this office to anyone going on a trip to areas of the world where one might contract a less than desirable disease.
