On very short notice Thom and his helpful assistant Oud made arrangements to help us with a complex stack of legal and medical documents that needed notarization. Without their reliable and expert help we would have been quite lost in transitioning a family member from health care to home care in time for a sudden discharge date. Thom not only notarized … in the chaotic meeting we needed to hold, including legal representation, housing agent, ombudsmen oversight, and a tired and weakened signee, he stepped right in and quickly orchestrated everyone through the needed forms, ensuring that nothing was missed. It is easy enough to be overwhelmed with the process of getting through so many forms. To find him managing the process on our behalf was something quite beyond words. Our worries disappered because of his and Oud’s attention to detail and management skills. We are greatly indebted and recommend him with our highest admiration. Thanks!

Wow. What a night and day difference it is dealing with Thom, as opposed to dealing with the dillholes at the UPS store on Polk Street.
