Jordan is an amazing trainer always pushing me to do my best for great results. The best part is she has a private studio that allows you to focus and not get distracted. Her studio is very clean, friendly and comfortable. She is a highly trained instructor and dedicated to her clients. She also ensures you are properly trained. I enjoy having her as a trainer because she also gives you great healthy tips. I don’t get bored because she keeps it interesting with a variation of workouts. I highly recommend her and the bonus part is you could bring your baby which is amazing if you want to get a workout and don’t need to wait for a babysitter.

I started seeing Jordan shortly after the birth of my little one. Although I like to think of myself as an athlete, I was nervous to say the least to get back to working out since I suffer from diastasis recti from my pregnancy. Needless to say, Jordan knew so much about diastasis and really helped me get back into the groove of things. She taught me a ton about what moves to do and which to avoid in order to help my stomach. More importantly, as created whole body and targeted workouts that never pushed me beyond my physical limitations while still making me sweat like crazy. I feel like a lot of postpartum workouts don’t feel much like workouts at all. I always left Jordan feeling like I really pushed myself and got a good workout in. All that aside, the fact that I could bring my little one with me was the cherry on top. Jordan’s warm and inviting personality and environment gave me a good excuse to do something good for myself and get the two of us out of the house. Needless to say, I would recommend Mindful Mama to anyone looking to get into shape and to challenge themselves.

Working with Jordan, Principle and Owner of Mindful Mama is more than just getting in shape, although that’s been a big bonus. For me I’ve finally found a wellness professional who attends to all aspects of my health from weight loss(I’ve LOST more than 20lbs!!!) to nutrition to child care and parenting advice. Jordan is devoted to her clients well being in a holistic way that I have never experienced in any trainer I’ve worked with. I love that I can talk with Jordan about the jeans I want to fit into before my 40th birthday and then switch to a new quinoa recipe all while she’s guiding me through a killer work out. Which, now I can handle after working with her for almost two years. Mindful Mama workouts are super adaptable as well depending on injuries, post-pardum or pre-natal. She’s really got something for everyone and can meet you where you’re at depending on your goals. Don’t hesitate, just get started now. I am so glad I did! I also recommend contacting her asap as her schedule is getting full!
