Seems like a good guy. I haven’t actually had care from him yet and at this point it’s not clear that I will. He seems like a good guy, but with in what appears to be a common theme with doctors around San Francisco, his office personnel leave a lot to be desired. For my first meeting with him, his office manager arrived late(that is, after the time of my appointment). Not a word to me. she keyed into the office and closed the door behind her. Then a few minutes later she opened the door from the inside but didn’t invite me in. When i walked in, she was at her desk at the window as if nothing unusual had gone on… not even a trace of recognition… i mean, it was sort of like being in a cartoon. Today she called to confirm something about an appointment for a procedure. I questioned an(important) omission/discrepancy between what I had discussed with Bonacini, and what she was telling me. She said she’d call me back in 15 minutes. That was 5 hours ago. The procedure is supposed to happen on Monday. So, yeah, if you can deal with the doctor without going through his office staff, maybe this is a yes. Otherwise, good luck because you’re going to end up stressed out and worried like I am right now. Who needs that?
