If you want authentic Louisiana food, Marcel is your man, I had his Jambalaya recently and it was awesome, I keep craving it so need to get a hold of him to get more. His BBQ is the bomb, his desserts are very southern (OMG his whiskey bread pudding!), no matter how big or a dinner for 2 (or just you!) I highly recommend Marcel for his professionalism and fabulous dishes, he plates everything so beautifully you think you’re in a 5star restaurant (probably picked up from his training at Gary Danko) so he’s perfect for your private intimate dinner party– give him a try you and your guests will love it indoor dinner or outside BBQ !
