Maple and Fig

Maple and Fig has caterer for the company I work for and for special gathering events both personal and corporate. Our group has been very pleased with Eric’s professional style and he is accommodating to the needs of all audience, vegetarians, vegans and meat eaters… able to work with us on a budget… The food has been delicious every time.
I recommend Maple and Fig and will continue to use when needed.

Maple and Fig catered a pre-​wedding BBQ at our place for about 30 people in San Francisco and also made the cake for our Napa Valley wedding! Eric was very professional in helping us to plan everything out prior to the wedding. It was nice to know that he had everything under control and that we didn’t have to worry about it.
For the BBQ we wanted to grill brats and hamburgers. Eric had them all pre-​made and ready to be placed on the grill for easy cooking. He also came prepared with all the condiments and seasoning. On the side we had fruit skewers, pita and hummus, veggies and dip, and a variety of salads. All our guests loved the food and made comments about how professional Eric was in bringing everything in and setting everything up. Everything was also plated very nicely with great presentation. Best part for us, was that he took everything home with him after the BBQ and there was no mess/​dishes left for us to clean up!
For the wedding, Eric took our requests for the type of cake we wanted and provided us with a tasting prior to the wedding to ensure that we would be happy with the final product. My husband wanted carrot cake with cream cheese frosting and I wanted white cake with a raspberry mousse. My husband and I were more interested in the taste of the cake than the looks, as we had tasted several wedding cakes that looked pretty but did not taste good. Eric’s cake was not only extremely delicious, but also looked beautiful at our wedding. It was decorated with flowers and ribbons that were in the color of our wedding. We received many compliments from our guests about how delicious the cake was! People were especially fond of the carrot cake.
