Lots of Love Cleaning

Can I give a Zero rating? I booked the 2 hour cleaning thru Amazon on ¹²⁄₆ for ¹²⁄₁₆ and Lots of Love never confirmed at all. Two days before they were scheduled to clean I contacted them through Amazon and confirmed. One hour before Lots of Love was scheduled to be at my home I got an email from Amazon that they cancelled «Provider cannot meet customer’s schedule»!! What does that mean? I arranged to be home today and rearranged my schedule to fit Lots of Love’s schedule and was home then. When I saw the reviews on Unilocal I almost cancelled but I really need my apartment cleaned, I’m disabled and not able to do it myself. So my rating for them is Zero…“Let the buyer beware”…and read Unilocal reviews!!!

Miwanda was very professional and non-​judgy of my mess of a home. Her pleasant attitude was a joy, and her co-​worker got my grimy stove sparkling like no other! She brings her own products and minimally uses bleach, only to get a good sparkle the first time.

The cleaning service was good, but man does Miwanda harass people for payment. We got our apartment cleaned yesterday and i was delighted to know that we could pay online via paypal. Since the apartment got cleaned at 12pm yesterday, she has not stopped harassing me for payment — 4 texts, 2 emails, 3 calls. Who can’t wait a full business day for $ 90?

This woman is rude, unprofessional, unreliable, overbearing and has no respect for people’s time. I would recommend her to anyone.

I had Miwanda clean our place when she was with one of the large startups cleaning companies and she was one of the best. She just gets the job done and is a pleasure to work with. She is reliable and has super high standards.
I was so happy to hear she had started out on her own. She makes it super easy and even has online booking!
We are signed up for bi-​weekly cleaning and can’t recommend Miwanda enough.
