If you are motivated to get motivated or have been working out for years and need someone who will push you in new ways, Jonathan Hanna is your man! Jon’s personality and charisma is what sets him apart. You can tell that Jon has devoted his life to living healthy and it shows in his passion for healthy eating and staying active. Jon always keeps his workouts fresh and fun. His extensive knowledge on the proper form and the fact that he never pushes you to the point where you might hurt yourself, makes me confident that whatever he asks me to do, i CANDO! I always leave the gym proud of what i accomplished that day and his positive feedback and attitude keeps me coming back. 5 stars is not enough!

Jon Hanna is a solid trainer. He dedicates himself to helping you reach your potential. He instructed me on proper form, as well as proper nutrition. Finding the right workout plan, as well as the right way to eat, is a lot of work. There is too much information to sift through to find the best plan. He makes that process much easier. I definitely recommend Jon Hanna as a trainer.

Jonathan is a hardworking, goal driven person who sets goals and makes it happen. He is the perfect trainer to help reach your goals! I’ve received great advice on the foods in my diet and have lost 10 pounds with just changing that alone. Jonathan is a expert in his field of fitness. He is very safety oriented and always focuses on teaching proper form during workout sessions. His workouts are creative, challenging, and most importantly effective! I highly recommend Jonathan as a trainer!

I knew John when we were stationed in Germany together, I loved the German beer and food so needless to say I was a bit overweight. John was awesome with helping me get back into shape, as being fit is part of the job. John would develop personal workouts, looking at all aspects of what I was able to do and then he would target that. He was awesome at motivation, he would jump right in next to me and help me finish those tough rounds. When it comes to John’s eating he was always talking about clean eating and getting the most from your food. We would all have our cheat days but he would make you pay for it later in the gym. I have to say John is a great guy and awesome trainer, you really get the feeling that he wants you to do well and he will do whatever it takes to help you reach your goals!!! Cheers, Scott Richard
