Jeff King & Co did a complete remodel of our Edwardian condo. It turned out beautifully! Recently we found a small leak in one of our windows after heavy rain and they came out and did a water test, found the leak, repaired and reinforced the window so it would not happen again. It took a lot of effort (renting a man lift, removing the siding, re-​enforcing the window sill, new covering, cut and install new siding, and sanding and painting). These guys stand by their work. BIG BIG thanks to Alex (one of their best guys)…Don (who oversaw the project)…and of course Jeff King!
Our next project would be a new patio and we will definitely use Jeff King & Co.

I was disappointed by my experience. I contacted Jeff King Co 1 month ago to completely remodel our bathroom. I chose them because I liked their Edwardian home remodel. I had a rough budget of 60k for the room. I was told that the cost for that kind of bathroom remodel would be much higher — a bit more than I thought but I said ok. They said that they would contact me to set up a home visit. That never happened, and that was a month ago. I take that as either poor service or a lack of interest, in which case they should have let me know so I could move on to another preferred contractor.

Jeff King is one of the best contractors in the city. He has done major projects on two properties for us so far and we are so glad we’ve found a contractor who does things on time and on budget, and most importantly very high quality work. They are also very good about staying in communication with their clients about all aspects of the project. If anything goes amiss we know it will be taken care of. Very reliable. He may be a bit more expensive than other contractors, but you get what you pay for! Great service and quality.
