Jackie Jones and The Dancing Cat

This one-​woman band rocks –I have never seen such an incredible and unique set up. Jackie, an 80 year old woman, has an amazing set up involving a music box, dancing wooden cat marionette controlled by a wooden foot pump, and lastly, a real wood saw that she takes a plays like a violin!
I saw her at the Alemany Farmer’s Market (Saturday) and she was performing for families and children. She doesn’t have a website but I asked her for a card and she said she does parties, weddings, and anniversaries. I have no idea if she’s there weekly or where else she performs. I hope to run into her again!
I am definitely hiring her for my next party (or heck, even, my wedding)! The happy energy that she has is just amazing. Jackie would be great for a kid’s party!
