Green Barrel

Last Spring my husband and I began planning our wedding. A friend of ours used Green Barrel months prior to ours for her wedding and was really happy with them so she put us in contact with Limor. I wasn’t sure what to expect but was pleasantly surprised by the quality and cost of the wine. Limor is funny, professional, and best of all– not pretentious. Also, considering that we were having a rather large, outdoor, farmhouse style wedding, we were thrilled that we could reduce waste as well as the fact that the barrel would just fit right in with the rest of our décor. It was a decision we thought in the beginning was going to require a lot of time and money but ended up being a piece of cake. To be honest, I think the wine was the only thing we bought for the wedding that we actually took home and used afterward (ha!). Thank you Limor for making our experience with Green Barrel really fun and memorable. Hope to use you for our next event!

Green Barrel Wine provided the wine at my organization’s big anniversary Gala, and everyone loved it, because the wine is delicious, and the fact that they are environmentally sustainable another huge bonus.
They were professional, delivered the wine on time and explained to us how to load the wine into the cool barrels. They were really friendly and wonderful!
The wine is very affordable for this level of quality, and it’s so much easier to serve than opening a million bottles!

I was so impressed by the quality of the wine! I love the fact that they are a green company! It is so rare to find common sense and aesthetic appeal in one package. I am dragging my feet on my wedding planning, but this is the one area I feel completely at ease about. Limor is so pleasant and funny, and I am extremely excited to use this service for my wedding! I loved the Meritage Blend and the Rockstar Syrah. I look forward to trying some of their whites next time they do a tasting in the city! My maid-​of-​honor was with me at the Four Seasons Bridal Expo, and we both loved the presentation and the no-​nonsense, rustic appeal of the barrel. Actually, it was the only thing we liked at that whole fair… every other booth was… stuffy or completely ridiculous. She intends to hire them for her wedding as well! Support this local company! The wine selection is excellent, their practice is admirable, and they are lovely people!

An amazing company run by two amazing woman. I was impressed by their professionalism and how easy it was to order a wonderful barrel of meritage for my holiday party.
I recommend them for any restaurant, private party, or for a home filled with wine lovers. I look forward to ordering another barrel the next time I have an event. My guests loved the presentation!

Green Barrel! An amazing idea, AND the wine was fantastic! We served the 2006 Mt Tehama Syrah at our company meet and greet and the barrels were the highlight of the party! I want one in my house!

I attended a SciBar lecture where Green Barrel wine was served. The Grenash was super tasty and ever flowing. One of the most interesting science talks ever and had great chats with other attendees, all thanks to some amazing wine. :)

this is the absolute best idea!
Not only is it eco-​friendly and conscientious, but it is so practical.
It’s like one of those ideas that you see and think, «why haven’t we been doing this all along.» it seems radical now, but soon this will be all that we will see at events, parties, restaurants, bars.
My function was cheaper and easier because of the Green Barrel concept.
An additional perk is that Limor & Tiffany are lovely– the service aspect was exceptional.
