Good salads made to order with a lot of variety. The price is not too bad considering the $ 12 (if you add protein) includes tax. I like the variety they have and it keeps things interesting when I go often.

What a kick-​butt concept for a salad service! Everything was laid out in a super user-​friendly fashion that made it easy as pie to create the perfect salad.
I started off with a check-​off order form. I chose my greens (there were choices like baby kale or spinach). Then I chose a protein (tuna, tofu, and a few other options). The next touch was choosing a fruit and a couple veggies, followed by the dressing.
I ended up with a decent sized portion of scrumptious veggie goodness, well mixed and with a good salad-​to-​dressing ratio.
I would’ve liked maybe just a bit more of toppings. And they did get my greens wrong. But even so, the salad was pretty outstanding.
The staff were also super friendly and quick to serve. Nice job, guys!

I am in love with this salad. I love it so much I have ordered it 2x in the past two weeks and I will probably order it again next week. If I could only ever eat one salad again for the rest of my life I would choose this salad.

Upgraded to 3 stars. Tried another salad, got everything right but the combo of olives and chicken (which was surprisingly incredibly salty) was a bit too much.
