Felipe’s Steak Sundays

Felipe’s steak is the best thing since sliced bread. If you haven’t tried it, you haven’t lived.

Life changing steak experience. I laughed. I cried. I was on the edge of my seat the whole time.

Most excellent BBQ artist. Keeps the chest hair away from the meat and grills it to perfection.

This guy knows his steaks. What cuts are good for what application, where he sources them from, grilled simply with salt/​pepper and a hit of citrus.
Also, he’ll tell you an infinite supply of jokes.
unfortunately, he doesn’t deliver. The seating is usually full of dirt and grass. The bathrooms are filthy. But he occasionally has live music, including rap battles, drum circles and the occasional dancing robot.
Good steak though for sure.
