This place is such a joke. Foolishly I have been coming here for 4 years as its so close to my apartment. But there is something always wrong, it’s hit or miss with the dryers as to weather they work. I stupidly forgot this this time around and put my clothes in and found that they were still wet an hour later after being on high. I also noticed that they removed the telephone number that used to be up, obviously getting so many complaints and there’s no one here. Today was the final straw. I’ll be going to the place a few blocks further away.

I joined Unilocal, just to write a bad review about this place. If you like your stuff, DON’T wash it here. Half of the machines seems to be broken. You can make your clothes wet here but not clean, in fact the last two times I washed here they came out dirtier than they were when I put them in. Even the dryers don’t work properly. Don’t come here! I gave it a 2nd chance and deeply regret! There is a great laundry place across the street on 24th and York.

Don’t come here you are putting your health in danger! I usually come here when I wash big things that don’t fit in my condo laundromat. I was here the other day and witnessed the most disgusting thing ever! The owner was notified to clean the property after the incident which he did, but after the incident the place should’ve been closed and a biohazard team should’ve came in and did a deep cleaning!!! Instead of the half ass job the owner did.

Uhm, how about a little maintenance? First of all: There are never any attendants! My dollar has gotten stuck in the change machine several times and no one was there to fish it out for me. Secondly: Not enough laundry carts. I’ve often had to wait for someone to finish with their folding until I could get a hold of one. Thirdly: There are usually 3 to 4 dryers that are out of order every time. Fourthly: No chairs! TV is turned off! Just a stack of yesterday’s papers. The silver lining: It’s the closest laundromat to my apartment. My sheets and blankets are grateful. I’ve actually figured out what the dirty little secret is: It’s managed by absolutely nobody! If I had my way, I would rent this space and turn it into a coffee shop. 2.4 stars

Dirty little secret, eh? I’d say… We were happy to find a laundry mat so close to our place and the promise of free wifi sweetened the deal even more. The first time there we discovered that yes, the wifi is free, but it doesn’t actually connect to the rest of the internet. Not a huge deal, but would have been nice to surf while washing! Fast forward a couple weeks and we start noticing spots on our skin. My years of working at a childcare center allowed me to identify the blotches with unfortunate accuracy: ringworm. Apparently ringworm outbreaks are common in shared laundry facilities in this area. Part of the gamble of public laundry? I think not. We called Dirty Little Secret and asked them about it. «Ringworm?» they replied, «No reports of ringworm recently, but we do know we’ve had shingles and impetigo. We’re having a company come over in a few weeks to sanitize everything.» What?! You’ve KNOWN that your equipment is infected with highly contagious diseases and you DIDN’T CLOSETHESTORE? You didn’t even put up a sign? Fungal, viral, and bacterial – a perfect storm of communicable skin diseases all available for your itching pleasure at the neighborhood laundry mat.

They have FREEWIFI here! $ 2.00 for wash(small) and .25c for 8mins(I think) in the dryer. not bad. the place is kept fairly clean, and a few large tables are available there for your folding needs. Could use a few more chairs or benches here though.
