I am a framing retailer and have used Dta for over 5 years. Yes they are hard working people and I respect that. However, it is all too often that the delivery truck will arrive at our production studio and part of the order isn’t on it. When calling in to find out why, the answer is «we were out of stock-we’ll back order it.» Which means waiting a week or longer after having already waited for it. They rarely if ever call to forewarn their customers. We have lost clients due to back orders not being filled after 3 – 4 weeks.
And when they invoice, often it is for invoices we have already paid.
I have had to switch to another very professional supplier due to these, and other, concerns.

A hidden gem in South San Francisco. Paul and his staff do excellent work here. If you want something framed right, museum quality grade – don’t go anywhere else.
Not the cheapest – but the best usually isn’t.
