Lovely coffee spot in the middle of busy city, San Francisco! With every cup a warm greeting. One smile can make your day. I really like coffee, sorry LOVE coffee and for some reason today everywhere I went(between my home and half way to work) is cash only. Yakes. I did not have cash. CurbSide Coffee is cash only so be prepared but the owner is very nice and let me pay next time! From what I can tell, there are gonna be many next times!!:)

Amazing! I’m a sf resident and I know my coffee… And this is seriously the best cappuccino you can get! Oh ya, the bran muffins are to die for… If you get there early enough:)

Amazing people. Totally helped me out this week when I realized I didn’t have cash after already ordering my coffee. The coffee is excellent and you are supporting good customer service if you frequent Curbside coffee.

How have I not raved about Curbside Coffee yet? For the past couple of months, they have been kickstarting my mornings with their lattes, which are hands down the best quality for the price within a 5-block radius of our office across from the Temporary Transbay Terminal. I am bummed that our office is moving at the end of this week just far enough away that I will no longer be a regular customer at Curbside. They offer a frequent buyer coffee card, which makes it even easier to love them. The three people who run the cart are genuinely friendly, and service is swift. Although I have not been able to partake of the pastries because of my dietary restrictions, their offerings look yummy. Cash only.

Cash only, friendly service, pretty fast and really convenient for what’s available in the neighborhood. There’s only Curbside and Starbucks in this corner neighborhood, and I’d rather just make my own. The only reason I come here is if I’m waiting in line at Los Compadres right across from it and feel like I need a tiny boost. Otherwise, the coffee doesn’t really do much for me.

Great coffee! I ordered a latte and it was perfect. It had nice foam(something I always look for) and a full body, unlike your typical cup of starbucks. If you are in the area, then you should definitely give Curbside a try. Make sure to get a stamp card too!

I’ve been here a few times now when I’m not dashing to the office in the morning. I’m a big fan of their Maple Bacon Scone but not their Soy Latte. My friend raves about their Soy Latte but the couple of time I’ve gotten it, it tasted very water down. So now I only go there for the scone. Around the 9AM hour that I’m in line, the wait is short. Curbside is Cash Only and provides a frequent buyer card(one stamp for each item you purchase).

I am an adamant coffee drinker and like my espresso/cappuccinos strong. They make great espresso/cappuccinos(with my extra shots) and the employees are fun to socialize with. They remember me, they remember what I drink, and they have great coffee. Except for the fact that they are A’s fans, what more do you need from a coffee cart…

Cute little coffee food cart on the corner of Howard and Spear. Nice selection of interesting sounding pastries, cash only. Pro-Tip: They have a stamp card. Curbside is really out of the way for me, but I wanted to try the Vietnamese Iced Coffee because I like the bitter, rich taste and the powerful caffeine kick. Typically I find my go-to’s in the Tenderloin, but had such a good experience at Tin I wanted to venture to spots closer to my office for a morning pick me up. Curbside is cute but I don’t think I would go so out of my way for the Viet Iced Coffee, for $ 3.50 I’d rather have Philz. VIETNAMESEICEDCOFFEE($ 3.50) — 3STARS: They brew their own blend of Vietnamese iced coffee, so it’s different from their regular espresso. The coffee itself isn’t bad, I got it without condensed milk(GASP — I know…) so I could really focus on the flavor of the coffee. Decent Vietnamese Coffee, a bit expensive, cash only. Good corner spot for those who work nearby, but not a destination.

Hard to find places that serve really good Vietnamese coffee(but I am super picky about it). I had an interview nearby and needed something to wake me up. There wasn’t enough condensed milk for me, so the coffee was on the bitter side. Very friendly employees though! Cash only! They do have a stamp card if you’re nearby often.

I also couldn’t wait to write a review after my experience here, but it wasn’t really for a positive reason. The service was alright, just normal customer chatter about coffee and pastries. It was monday morning, so maybe the girl wasn’t really awake yet, but I’ll give her the benefit of the doubt because she seemed a lot nicer to other customers. I read the reviews and approached this place with really high hopes. I’ve been looking for a perfect coffee in Soma/FiDi, and the rave reviews for this place made me want to try it. I ordered the Viet iced coffee, and immediately realized that I forgot my cash at home. The girl working offered to let me go around the corner to an ATM, but I just paid in quarters and thanked her for her offer. I walked away sipping my coffee and walked about ten steps before I looked down and realized my coffee was almost gone. The small cup was FILLED with ice, and most of the coffee was gone within two sips. The coffee itself was alright, a little bitter for my taste but not unpleasant. The service was normal, even if the girl was more trustful than most. But I really can’t justify $ 3.50 for a cup of ice disguised as coffee, so I probably won’t be going back, and my search for the perfect coffee in Soma/Fidi continues.

Got a Vietnamese Iced Coffee here on my way to work. Plus points in that they have a loyalty card where you get it stamped every time you get a drink there and it goes towards a free drink after X amount of stamps. Honestly I wasn’t listening to how many stamps it takes because I just really needed to wake up. The Vietnamese Iced Coffee was great! You can totally taste the delicious condensed milk in there but it was not too much! It was perfect.

I’ve never been a regular at any coffee shop but I’m proud to say that I’m a regular at Curbside. I come here for the Vietnamese ice coffee which is one the best that I’ve had anywhere if not the best! The taste is just perfect. It’s sweet but not too sweet, rich in flavors but not too rich, and strong but not too bitter. Having one of their Vietnamese ice coffees really gets the job done for me in the morning. The quality of their coffee replicates that of their service. The owner/manager of Curbside and his employees are genuinely kind and always maintains a positive attitude. When it comes to the quality or their coffee and service they always show consistency. It’s always nice to start your morning off with some delicious coffee but it makes it that much better when the service is excellent. Good coffee + good people = One happy customer. :)

Their Vietnamese iced coffee rocks! The price is a bit steep for the tiny cup(hence the one star knocked off), but holy moly does it wake me up. It’s smooth and has that perfect balance of bitter and sweet. Highly recommended! I do wish that they were open past 2pm… sometimes I need a little kick later in the afternoon.

I’ve been getting my morning latte from Curbside since it showed up one day on the corner of Spear and Folsom. I’m willing to try anything once but it’s especially enticing when I needed something warm to hold in my hands on my long, cold walk to work.(ok, so it’s only 10 blocks) After the first day though, I was hooked on their non-fat latte! The flavor was just right for me…2 shots of Weaver’s espresso blended with warm, frothy milk. Delicious! Plus, H* and J*, who man the station are super nice. Its customer service w/a smile and that always adds a nice touch to the morning routine :) By the time I get to my office, I’m awake, happy and ready to jump right into work!

This is the 2nd coffee truck/trailer vendor in SF(Réveille Coffee Co. is the other coffee truck vendor, and the Blue Bottle Coffee trailer is #3). They debuted last year at OTG Upper Haight, and just this week they got a permanent downtown spot, parked at Folsom and Spear st. They brew Weaver’s brand 100% certified organic, Fair Trade coffee. Sometimes they have a few pastries for sale, most of times when I visited they didn’t. My coffee drink of choice is mocha($ 4), which happens to be the most expensive thing on the menu. Darn! Hours: M-F 7:30am-2pm(downtown) Check Twitter or Facebook for updates.

Can’t believe that there are only 3 reviews for Curbside Coffee, and happy to be the FTW(not quite a Firstie, but close). Come on people, Wake up and smell the CC! CC is one of the first(if not, only) mobile coffee joints in the Bay Area, and(imho) a stroke of genius. Both owners(Jordan and Phil) took much time and effort into launching this endeavor, and am happy to report that it’s a smashing success. As for the java, it’s nothing but the best. They proudly serve Weaver’s Coffee(organic coffee founded by Mike Weaver, former master roaster from Peet’s). I’m a gal who likes her Coffee Black just like her(ahem.ahem)… needless to say I like to smell the lovely coffee aroma and taste the rich, bold flavor, and refuse to add milk, just a splenda packet, thanks very much! I like my ‘brave’ coffee, and CC serves it up just the way I like it! Awwwyah! BTW, CC also serves up excellent espresso drinks, hot chocolate, and tea. If you’re a lover of pastries and sweets like yours truly, they also serve SandBox Bakery Pastries and even Macarons from Christopher David. You’ll find nothing but the best and most friendly and efficient service with CC. Jordan and Phil are super cool and happy chat with their customers and do some ‘Cawfee talk!’ You also might see some cute helpers working inside or in front of CC greeting and helping you with your coffee needs :) CC is at ‘Off the Grid’ on Thursdays(Lower Haight) and Fridays(Fort Mason). Other locations include Civic Center and as far south as San Mateo(at Farmer’s Market on Saturdays at the College of San Mateo). Follow them on Twitter or ‘Like’ them on FB to find their whereabouts. Go on and get your CC and coffee buzz on! Tell them that Gill C sent you, and promise that you won’t be disappointed!
